As of chapter 2 and 3, If you want to know more about what is 'Regal Valor' and "Sovereign Grace" :

In medieval England, there existed a concept known as the "Knights' Balance." This principle sought to capture the duality of human nature and the world. The Knights' Balance was symbolized by a shield split into two halves, one side featuring a lion representing courage, strength, and honor, while the other side displayed a dove signifying peace, compassion, and wisdom.

The Knights' Balance taught that a true knight must strike a delicate balance between these opposing forces in order to live an honorable life and serve their kingdom effectively. A knight who embraced only the lion's strength would become a tyrant, while a knight who solely followed the dove's path might be unable to protect their people from danger.

Throughout medieval England, this concept was woven into the fabric of society, guiding knights in their quests and shaping the moral code of the time. The Knights' Balance was a reminder that one must always strive to maintain harmony between the dual forces within oneself and the world around them.

Regal Valor represents the lion aspect of the King's Balance, signifying strength, courage, and honor. It is the force that drives a ruler to protect their kingdom and fearlessly face their adversaries.

Sovereign Grace, on the other hand, embodies the dove aspect, symbolizing peace, compassion, and wisdom. It is the guiding principle that encourages a ruler to show mercy, seek understanding, and promote harmony within their realm.

Together, Regal Valor and Sovereign Grace create the King's Balance, a harmonious duality that enables a ruler to govern justly and effectively.

As of chapter 3, If you want to know more about "Anglo-Sync":

"Anglo-Sync", a harmonious design concept rooted in medieval England, blending ancient beliefs, mysticism, and practical design principles to create balance and prosperity in one's living and working spaces.

Anglo-Sync draws from the wisdom of the ancient Celts, Anglo-Saxons, and Norse settlers, as well as the medieval church, to create an environment that fosters positive energy, well-being, and success. It is based on the understanding that our surroundings can shape our lives in profound ways, affecting our health, relationships, and prosperity.

To achieve harmony through Anglo-Sync, one must consider the following key principles:

1. Elemental Balance: Just as with feng shui, Anglo-Sync emphasizes the importance of balancing the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether) within a space. Each element is associated with specific colors, materials, and shapes that can be incorporated into a room's design to create a harmonious atmosphere.

2. Sacred Geometry: Anglo-Sync uses the principles of sacred geometry, incorporating shapes such as the Celtic knot, the pentacle, and the vesica piscis, to create balance and harmony within a space. These designs can be incorporated into textiles, floor patterns, and wall art.

3. Mystical Symbols: Medieval England was rich with symbolism, and Anglo-Sync incorporates these symbols into its design principles. Examples include the Tree of Life, the Green Man, and the Triple Spiral. These symbols can be used as decorative elements, such as wall hangings, carvings, or even stained glass windows.

4. Energy Flow: The flow of energy, or "ley lines", is a crucial aspect of Anglo-Sync. Just like the Chinese concept of qi, ley lines are believed to be channels of energy that flow through the Earth. Aligning one's living space with these lines is thought to bring about balance and prosperity.

5. Nature Connection: Anglo-Sync emphasizes the importance of connecting with the natural world. This can be achieved by incorporating natural materials, such as wood, stone, and wool, into the design of a space. Additionally, creating outdoor spaces, such as gardens or courtyards, that promote relaxation and reflection is a key component of this design philosophy.

6. Spiritual Sanctuaries: Anglo-Sync encourages the creation of dedicated spaces for meditation, prayer, or contemplation within one's home or workspace. These spaces should be designed with serenity and tranquility in mind, incorporating elements such as candles, incense, and soft textiles.

By incorporating these principles into the design of one's living and working spaces, individuals can create an environment that promotes balance, harmony, and well-being – a concept as timeless and enduring as the rich history of medieval England itself.
