Chereads / Profound Meditation Technique of Chaos / Chapter 13 - Listen well Weaklings!

Chapter 13 - Listen well Weaklings!

The edge of a cliff when a strong gust of wind blew my hair into my face, causing me to lose my focus and fall off the cliff. Luckily, I managed to grab onto a nearby branch and climb back up, but it was a close call.

Another time, I was meditating in a forest when a group of squirrels started stealing my snacks. I tried to chase them away, but they were too fast for me. Eventually, I had to resort to bribing them with acorns to get them to leave me alone.

And let's not forget about the time I accidentally summoned a small tornado while meditating on a mountaintop. It was quite a sight to see, but I don't think the local villagers appreciated it very much. They kept asking me to stop "playing with the weather".

But despite these moments of levity, the path towards enlightenment is a serious one. Each individual has a different path of cultivation, and not everyone has to follow in the footsteps of Old Man Chen. It's important to find your own way and trust in your own abilities.

And remember, the power of chaos is not something to be taken lightly. It can be both a blessing and a curse, and it's up to you to use it wisely. So be humble, be disciplined, and above all, be willing to embrace the unknown.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go and meditate on the mysteries of the universe. May the power of chaos guide us all towards enlightenment!

Between two cultivators who were having a disagreement about the proper way to cultivate. One believed in the power of fire, while the other swore by the strength of water.

"Well, obviously water is superior," said the water cultivator. "Without it, nothing can survive."

"But fire can purify and transform," argued the fire cultivator. "It can turn weakness into strength."

I couldn't help but chuckle at their argument. "Gentlemen, gentlemen," I said. "You're both right. Water and fire are both powerful elements in their own right, and both have their uses in cultivation."

They both looked at me skeptically, but I continued. "You see, the path of cultivation is different for everyone. Just as each person has a unique destiny, so too does each person have a unique path towards enlightenment. Some may find strength in fire, while others find it in water, or in the earth, or in the wind. There is no right or wrong way to cultivate - only the way that works best for you."

The two cultivators looked at each other, then back at me. "But how do we know which way is best for us?" asked the water cultivator.

I smiled. "That, my friends, is the question we must all ask ourselves. Through meditation, introspection, and trial and error, we can discover our own path of cultivation. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it."

The fire and water cultivators both nodded in agreement. "Thank you, Grandmaster," said the fire cultivator. "We will remember your words."

And with that, they both went back to their own meditation practices, each with a newfound sense of purpose and direction.

As I watched them go, I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. This is what it's all about, I thought. Helping others to find their own way towards enlightenment, whatever that may be.

When suddenly, a group of mischievous spirits appeared before me. These spirits loved to play tricks on unsuspecting cultivators, and they had chosen me as their latest target.

At first, I tried to ignore them and continue with my meditation. But they were persistent little buggers, and soon they were tickling my feet and making funny faces at me.

I couldn't help but laugh at their antics, and soon I found myself playing along with their silly games. We danced and sang and played pranks on each other, and for a moment, I forgot all about my quest for enlightenment.

But then, just as suddenly as they had appeared, the spirits vanished into thin air, leaving me alone in the quiet darkness of my meditation cave.

At first, I felt a twinge of sadness, missing their playful energy. But then I realized that their visit had taught me an important lesson - that even on the path towards enlightenment, it's important to have fun and not take yourself too seriously.

So, young cultivators, don't be afraid to let loose and have some fun on your journey towards the grand dao. Dance with the spirits, sing with the birds, and don't forget to laugh at yourself every now and then.

For the path towards enlightenment is not just about achieving power and knowledge - it's also about finding joy and meaning in every moment of life.

And with that, I leave you with one final piece of advice: don't forget to bring snacks to your meditation practice. Trust me, nothing ruins a good meditation session like a grumbling stomach.

So go forth, young cultivators, and may the power of chaos guide you on your journey towards the grand dao. And remember - always keep a sense of humor, and never forget the importance of a good snack.
