Chapter 37 - Silver dragon.

Theovin's eyes narrowed in a menacing glare as he shifted his gaze towards Ralph, before taking another long gulp from his beer bottle.

He came to a sudden halt, his senses on high alert as the unmistakable odor of death hit him. Demons were near.

Ralph's voice was edged with frustration and disbelief as he cried out, "What the hell, Theovin! These persistent demons are driving me insane! How did they even get in here?"

Theovin turned to face the window when he heard Ralph's words, his gaze following Ralph's fixed stare.

Theovin's heart became cold as he looked to where Ralph was pointing. Demons. How had he not noticed them until they had gotten this close?

A sense of unease settled in his gut as he studied the creatures, wondering if they had been there all along.

"I never knew they were so resilient! I mean, we could kill them!" Ralph screamed in frustration.

"Demons don't fear death," Theovin said, his voice low and serious.
