Nevis blushed like a tomato, her fair skin turning rosy red, as she looked around awkwardly. After a moment, she managed to calm herself down and suppress the blush. However, anger started to rise within her."Who does he think he is?" she thought, growing more and more furious.
In a fit of anger, she flicked the small stone she held in her hand at the guy's forehead.
"Hehe, take that!" she chuckled mischievously in her head, finding satisfaction as the stone hit him and he was sent rolling on the ground.
Her bell-like laughter echoed through the desert-like surroundings, causing a small centipede to scatter and a snake hidden beneath the dry mud to slither deeper into its hiding place.
