"My Lord, something is wrong with Ronan and the villagers."
Damian clicked his tongue as he guessed the worst was about to happen. "They look different?"
Lamia nodded. "You're right. Their eyes suddenly went blank, and they didn't respond when we called out to them."
"Then where are they?" asked Damian.
Azazel pointed his hand toward Thetdale Forest. "They suddenly walked to that place, including Ronan's sister. However, Lamia had already taken the baby away to the Duchess's manor and asked Raven to look after it."
Damian sighed because he did not expect the situation could become that bad. When he lowered his head, he saw Roxana trying to bite her tongue, but she was unable to do so as Damian placed his finger between her teeth.
"What happened to Her Grace?" asked Lamia in confusion.
Damian briefly explained the problem they were facing. His explanation made Lamia and Azazel frown because they thought the problem was terrible.
