Those young boys received Roxana's money with confused expressions. They stared at each other because they didn't understand why the noble they had thrown pebbles at suddenly gave them so much money.
"You can use that money to buy new clothes and delicious food in the city." Roxana stood up and stroked the tallest boy. "If we meet again next time, please act more nicely toward me."
Before the young boy could speak, Roxana had already turned around and stepped into the carriage. She saw them looking at the money in their hands from behind the window and jumping for joy once they saw Roxana's carriage walking away.
They no longer cared about Roxana but only focused on the money they had gotten. Nonetheless, they were in no mood to show their gratitude to Roxana.
"Those kids will probably still hate you even if you give them a lot of money," Damian spoke to Roxana through the gap between the coachman and the passenger seat.
