Chapter 5 - Hasha Escape [Rewritten]

*SWOOSH!*

*BOOOOM!*

"Just up ahead!"

...

...

...

Don't let the Diva take the child!"

The sound of shouting and tiny explosions could be heard clearly from behind the eight-foot beauty clothed in a cyber-style maid outfit as she ran across the boundaries of the Babylon Empire, fleeing the empire's elite soldiers.

The gibbous moon shines brightly upon her, and most of all, she was filled with strength under its divine brilliance; albeit, it was only a fraction of what she was capable of in her younger days.

But, being a member of the Shadow clan by virtue of being a Shadow Lamia, she was nearly unbeatable in the light of a full moon; too bad it's only a single full moon and not the customary quadruple moon, as this planet has four moons in total.

And every time there is a full moon, a Lamia of the Shadow clan's initial physical prowess, as well as their Logica capacity and absorption rate, increases tenfold, extending their range tenfold beyond what they are ordinarily capable of.

Its because of this Hasha was capable of jumping eneroumous heigths, and run at unbelivable speeds, even with a child in her hand.

"I found her... there she is!"

A man dressed in a full black suit composed of an unknown alloy shouted aloud as he raised his right palm towards Hasha, forming a massive five-meter purple lightning ball in his hands.

And he targeted with tremendous precision at the fleeing aggressor, and the attack flew toward Hasha at the speed of light, and the massive size of the lighting ball was large enough to devour both her and her master.

However, because of the full moon's effect, she had some power in her, and as a result, she spun around to confront the gigantic ball of pure purple lightning.

And if you looked at her, you'd notice that her gorgeous blue eyes had turned completely black, as heavy tar-like tears began to stream down from her right eye; the process itself appeared diabolical.

From there, a marble-sized black ball formed by Hasha's tar-like tears floated toward the purple ball of lightning. And when it did, the black ball that resembled molten tar accomplished something both amazing and terrifying.

Because, just as the onslaught was about to reach Hasha and Xander, the ball of lightning began to slow down as if time had stopped, and it then began to spin around the ball of tears, undergoing the natural process of spaghettification.

But that wasn't the only thing being devoured; what was happening was the birth of something extremely terrible, which would set in motion the events of unstoppable disaster that were about to unfold.

Because the surrounding light was being absorbed, space and time began to twist, causing the small shabby dwellings, people, trees, and even parts of the earth to crumble.

As the black liquid transmuted into a singularity, it destroyed everything and everyone in its path.

As a result, Hasha gave birth to one of mother nature's most devastating forces, a black hole.

The men pursuing Hasha were pulled into the artificial black hole that Hasha conjured to defend herself and her lord, and the more it swallowed, the greater it grew.

Despite this, Hasha was unaffected, however space was distorted and reality was bent if not severely damaged as a result of the effect of this tremendous technique.

But just because she and the lord she served were unharmed by the formation of the black hole didn't mean the surrounding area was. The entire world began to tremble, the empire, the forest, the sea, the sky... potentially all life on the planet, and everything else, was about to be annihilated if this cosmic creature wasn't dealt with immediately.

...

...

...

The enormous size of this monstrosity was enough to kill the planet in a matter of minutes, and Hasha didn't mind because all she wanted was to get away from the empire.

To ensure that she did, she created it such that they had a choice: all forces would have to come together to avoid the end of the planet and disperse her singularity.

Or screw the world and come to kill a child who is destined to ruin the planet in the long run, when you think about it. The first choice seems like the better one.

And, exactly as she had said, all of the empire's men were either being killed, were about to be killed, or were attempting to discover a method to cause the singularity to collapse on itself.

Hasha smiled at this and stated aloud as she celebrated her success.

"There goes 1/10th of my Logica that I've managed to save up over the years, ah... totally worth it, isn't that right young lord?"

Hasha remarked tenderly, her expression emotionless, as she looked down at young Xander's sleepy figure, resting in her enormous palms far larger than his body.

"... Haha... I would carry you back to our clan as requested by the elders because they promise to take care of you if you seem fit to be the clan lord because the clan's prophet foretold of your birth, but I don't think you are ready for the clan lord position."

"You're definitely not ready."

...

...

...

"Your mother's sister, your aunt, is the current head of the Lamia clan; and, unlike before, I don't have enough power to fight her off if things go wrong."

"I'm ashamed to say it, but I'm afraid of what she might do to you if she discovers you inherited not only both of the founder's eyes but also the marks."

"I will raise you until I regain at least 60% of my original power, but it won't be long until Ishtar discovers my treachery... So I've chosen to use the Seraphs as a wall, and fortunately, your father knew both a fantastic and insanely dangerous man who doesn't discriminate."

At this time, the roadways were being destroyed, and the clouds and atmosphere were being drawn towards the developing black hole, Hasha stated as she walks away from the black hole she made as if it were the most natural thing to do.

However, as Hasha flees at breakneck speed with Xander in her arms, she senses a powerful presence that suddenly appears in the vicinity; the mere existence of the unknown thing was so overwhelming that it made her feel like an ant, to the point where she froze in panic.

"T-T-This... aura... it's the same as before...

Announce Hasha, who at this point began slowly raising her head to look up, and what she saw was perhaps the last person she wanted to meet.

"The... Emerald Brave."

Hasha murmured to herself.

Yes, there was a powerful entity floating high in the sky, glimmering a beautiful emerald-green aura. He was also clad in dazzling emerald green armor, and in that light was a youngster no more than ten years old, with short green hair and a dark-colored complexion, but his eyes were a bright but ominous yellow.

Under his eyes were enormous bags, giving him a fatigued appearance... but for a boy so young, his body was extraordinarily muscular, and riddled with scars, as if the child had fought a plethora of wars in his life.

He was wearing a full jade armor, and around him were nine divine spears of different shapes and sizes, he had a neutral look of disgust present in his eyes, as he said in a dull tone.

"Diva?... Do you truly believe you can flee the empire?"

"Do you truly believe your actions will go unpunished?"

"Do you truly believe that we, the ten great braves, will not pursue you until the end of the Terra?"

"If that's the case, you're a grave fool, just like your previous master."

"Well, whatever, I don't care either way, let's first fix this massive mess you created, honestly, all I want is some sleep, and yet here I am doing that bitch work like always, I swear I can't wait till my retirement... just two hundred more years to go."

And, like the mystery brave promise, he began to repair the chaos and damage that Hasha had left in order to flee, how he did this was not true any method as dazzling as himself, but the outcome of this approach was pretty horrific, as he simply stated.

"None of this will ever happen, Hasha and the abomination in her hands will be erased from existence, and everyone who falls into her hands will be resurrected."

After the brave said this, Hasha's black hole vanished instantaneously, all the soldiers who died were resurrected without issue, everything she wrecked was also repaired without issue, and the most bizarre feat of all was the fact that both Hasha and Xander suddenly faded from reality.

It was as though the Emerald Brave's words warped reality to his preferred reality, erasing everything that had previously existed, leaving just what he desired in this world.

The peace was restored, leaving only the brave floating in the sky; he looked around and sighed before disappearing from the area and returning to where he came.

And on that day, the empire eliminated a possible threat that had the capacity to destroy all of creation.

...

...

...

...

...

...

...

...

...

...

Or so they thought.

Because, on the other side of the Terra, a tall figure was transported into a wide desert alongside the sleeping Xander, under a lone withering tree.

Her eyes were emotionless, and she usually presented herself in a severe demeanor, but after that magnificent escape, she couldn't help but exhibit a glint of her true nature. For the first time, a wicked grin appears on her face.

As she said, "No," she declared to the world.

"Popop... Popop... AHHH... Stupid brave, do you honestly believe you can kill me and the young lord so simply, the boldness of you humans from this reality or another is truly mind-boggling, you came from another planet a measly seven decades ago... meanwhile I was here long before the concept of the braves even existed."

"Hasha said, slandering the "Emerald Brave" and the entire human race, as she went on to say.

"Popopo... Human man things with huge egos... How revolting... It's ridiculous that you believe utilizing one of my clan's techniques against me will work, but happily, I utilized the Meta luck technique to boost my chances of leaving a day before the young lord's birth. And if the emerald man-thing had physically battled me, I would have died without a doubt, but thanks to the Meta luck technique, I was fortunate enough that he elected to murder me using the phenomenon-altering technique instead."

"What a fitting end to my escape."

"It's hilarious how he used that technique against me; my clan created the phenomenon-altering technique ages ago to clean up our mess, but you stupid human managed to steal it from us; unfortunately for you, your kind barely comprehend its true power."

"That technique only works on those weaker than you, and despite your strength, both I and master are by right higher existences because we have true names; at best, you can only destroy the effects of my black tears, but thanks to you, I was able to rewrite your command and make it so that you teleport us far away from the empire at the cost of your Logica, of course."

Announce Hasha with her wicked and triumphant smile, but that moment of delight and success quickly disappeared as her regular emotionless facial expression returned, as she realized it wasn't nighttime anymore, but midday.

She began to gaze around with a confused expression.

"Although, where am I?"

Hasha inquired as she stood up, only to discover that there was nothing but sand for as far as the eye could reach.

"They're only five desserts in the world, and none of them is a safe place to be, and judging by the intense heat of this wasteland, and the sudden speck of weakness I feel, this must be Osaris Sand Dome, thankfully this place is too barren for life to settle down on it; but that's not a good thing either, this sand is dangerous; as it's heavily curse with the dessert Diva lord power, any living creature that stands on it, life force will be sucked away.

With a concerned expression on her face, Hasha remarked as she floats off the ground, but compared to being hunted by a brave coping with this curse sand was a lot better.

"Well, as long as my feet don't touch the ground, I won't be harmed, and neither will the young lord."

"However, it's about time I used this; I've had enough craziness and life-or-death situations for one day, though I'm a little hesitant to use it if I'm being completely honest."

Hasha remarked this as she took out a stone amulet with a strange symbol on it.

For a brief period, Hasha thought to herself, praying to the first that her temporary master was correct about this.

This, unlike the Braves, would conjure something even frightening than a Brave.

"Kearon, Damit" I hope you're right about your pal and that so-called blood brother thing you keep mentioning."

Hasha smashed the amulet and flung it as far as she could, and it wasn't long until a massive blue vortex opened. Two beings came from the portal: a middle-aged guy and a large busted angel.

The man was tall but not as tall as Hasha, standing at 6'3 and having a strong build. He wore full grey armor and had half of an angel halo floating around the top of his head like a crown.

He had clear skin and wore two white blindfolds creating an X, his hair as white as his armor and incredibly wavy but reaching his lower back, and he also wore a white cloak.

He truly stood out, he was so powerful that Hasha couldn't detect any Logica patterns in him, which meant the present her was no match for this man, and the same could be said about the gorgeous Seraph behind him.

But, while already standing out, what made him stick out even more was the presence of two huge purple eyes the size of a typical human head floating near him; the eyes were contained by a series of wheels with many eyeballs on their layered structure.

His very presence increased the Logica level around her by about a hundred times, which implies that simply being in his presence could allow her to spam a hundred black tears without tiring.

The man steps on the sand and immediately notices its effects; it was sucking the life energy out of him at a rapid rate, but he ignores it as if it were nothing and continues walking towards Hasha as he stated.

"A Diva, hmm no, it would seem that you are a tamed one, my guess is that boy is your owner, seeing as your red string of fate to him is as thick as a knotted chain; if I'm also correct, this is Kearon son; the anomaly right, speaking of Kearon where is he?"

Hasha didn't know how to answer him, he heard legends of the brotherhood, the elite specialist loved by the Serpahs also known as the wheel, whose only mission is to wipe out the Divas, a normal slayer had a presence to them alright, but this person in particular made people that are built differently look like a side character; he heard legends of this man, the strongest slayer, Monster of the Seraphim, The White Needle Neon Agnus.

Hasha, on the other hand, realized she couldn't lie to the man, so she forced herself to say what she said.

"About that."
