Kian's P. O. V
The rescue operation was a huge success, Keith had handled the situation very well and without wasting time, taking his private jet tho and fro was certainly one way to do it. And as I watched everyone get reunited with their families one after the other, I couldn't help but want to see him. I wanted to know for myself why he had me sent to prison, why he stopped me back then from saving them.
But I was told he didn't come here, and when I tried to ask about his whereabouts no one was willing to give me a response.
I picked up on Olivia's scent from the other side of the door, I sat up straight and watched her slip silently into the room. She had changed and was fully dressed in a flowing floral yellow dress.
"Kian," she whispered with a hand to her lips, "I don't think we're allowed to be in here, I hear this is the council leader's office." She spoke in soft whispers in a child like manner.
