I explained everything about the missing rogues to Louis and then I highlighted what role Daphne and Louis were playing. Considering I had been out for longer than two days, I figured the trade off could've already happened. But still, it wasn't too late…
"I need to go tell Davien about this as soon as possible…" he was saying until he got a call on his phone. Knowing Louis, every call he got mattered, so it wasn't a surprise when he cut himself short and answered.
For the first few seconds he was silent and kept nodding into the call, but after half a minute he got pensive and disconnect the call. He quickly turned on the television in the room and tuned in to the news channel.
"Is there something wrong?" I asked, being stuck in this hotel wasn't doing anything good for me, I needed to get out.
"It's Davien, he's made a move against two very important businesses." He explained turning up the volume.
