Kian's P. O. V
For the next half minute there was silence, Oliver might've sensed the genuity in my words and swiftly apologized, breaking the silence. "I'm sorry Luna for doubting you."
I passed him a nod, "It's fine, I would've thought the same thing if I were you, so I can't blame you. It's mainly my fault for going, knowing fully well my mother couldn't have been alive." I admitted drawing a close to the issue, or so I thought.
Angry, Penelope slammed her palm against the table, "How fucking low can Silvia go?! That's why she hasn't found her mate yet! Manipulating you like that is not okay." She spat out, stunning me with her point of view.
I interjected, "The fault lies with me, I should've known better, my mother died in a fire that night, it was foolish of me…" I was saying, but she cut me off abruptly.
