I noticed her waving to me from across the other side of the street, she definitely knew me because she seemed to recognize me from all the way there.
I forced a smile and waved back, she effortlessly navigated her way through the crowd until she was standing in front of me, panting from running so fast.
"Hi, I'm Gwendolyn." She announced with a wide grin.
"I'm aware." It would've been strange if after all that she wasn't the woman I was looking for. I tucked my fingers into my pockets, "I take it that you're one of Davien's wolves?" My mate's wolf, so was I her Luna, or was that too presumptuous of me.
A man who wouldn't come see his pregnant mate, definitely wouldn't make me his Luna. She stopped a passing cab and gestured me inside, ignoring my question completely.
