"I will kill you!" a childlike voice echoed inside Eve's head.

Eve's smirk faded as she locked eyes with the now-recovered Aerithor. "Please do not blame me," Eve said, her voice carrying a mix of amusement and nonchalance.

Despite the general understanding that Aerithors posed a minimal threat to sorcerers, it was widely acknowledged that they had the potential to inflict harm upon humans or weaker sorcerers if provoked or displeased. The notorious reputation of Aerithors stemmed from their finicky nature, making it exceedingly difficult for sorcerers to tame them, particularly if the sorcerer was weaker than the bird itself.

Eve, recognizing the weakened state of the Aerithor and perceiving an opportunity, made a calculated decision to exploit its vulnerability. Ignoring any ethical concerns, she forcefully tamed the creature, binding them together as master and slave. This act of domination was met with furious opposition from the Aerithor.
