Chapter 197 - (Part 6)

The next shot hit by Senri was aimed at Xavier standing on the gully point. Xavier tracing the ball instantly stepped back defending himself. Ezekiel getting a grip of the ball left by Xavier, handed it back to him dabbing his back, "You aren't hurt or are you?"

Xavier shook his head smiling, "Nope, not at all." Seraph headed to Kenzo who called whereas Xavier took the balling point.

"138 runs on the 14th over…" Rauf thought, "Quite less than our usual scoring range."

Seraph taking Xavier's position nodded at him lightly who in turn smirked. Aigou taking the batting crease waited.

Xavier running towards the pitch stepped within the popping crease whispering, "Realm of Divine Ingeniousness… Release Unlimited Upgrade!" Xavier's hairs changing blazing silver flickered with a glistening red star amid his forehead. The ball thrown twice as fast as before went towards Aigou. "Critical pace… Evolved slashing knot." Xavier whispered.

His stare poised and aura ardently radiant. Aigou grinned. The ball which had spilt into thirteen pieces after evolving Aigou traced the real ball hitting it back with a dot return.

Xavier picking the ball walked back. Aigou glanced at his hand which quivered. "His strength…" he wondered taken aback.

"Realm of Divine Ingeniousness…" Elias whispered.

"Yup, all his five human's precision have upgraded to its peak." added Kazuna, "With this he has become close to Seraph's balling rank."

Poseidon smiled, "Seems like we'll witness marvels now!"

"Are you sure, vice-captain? I think we are in quite a pinch right now though." Ebraham gulped.

"Heh~ forget that Ebraham. Trust your Vice-captain he isn't wrong." Cassiel assured.

Xavier rushing towards the pitch bowled the 3rd delivery, "Red Revolution!" A full toss delivery ending up at Senri's stumps. At the impact of touching the ground it instantly spun round and round revealing six illusions of a single ball simultaneously, bouncing towards him in the shape of an ascending dragon.

However, at that moment all its skill was once again dissipated turning Xavier's delivery into normal one, aiming for the boundary at the leg side. Kenzo running behind the ball stopped it.

Senri once again on the batting crease after scoring three runs, Xavier headed back for the third delivery.

"He is continuously using his skill deliveries despite knowing, Senri can counter them quite easily." Isa pondered, "Seraph also did the exact same. Is this some kind of a trick again?"

"Who knows, I am dying of anxiousness now." Aaron sweated, "They are all unpredictable."

Senri looking at his bat pondered, "This little guy's strength drastically increased after he entered his realm. Though, I can counter all skill balls he is still posing as a threat."

Xavier delivered the fourth delivery. At an enhanced speed and pitching right on line it was aimed as a Yorker. Senri glancing at the ball returned it back with his front foot defense. Delivering two more balls the exact same way, Alan wondered, "And now he is delivering all normal deliveries. Not even a single skill is used except for his Realm of Divine Ingeniousness which is activated right from the beginning. Did you finally get it Xavier…?" he wondered...

(Mountain of No-Return)

"What do you think can nullify nullification Alan?" Xavier asked sitting beside him.

"Nullification?" Alan clarifed. Grilling a steak, he wondered, "Hm…? I don't quite know. Another nullification, greater than the present nullification probably?"

Xavier giggled, "Haha."

"What's there to laugh about? I know you are trying to find a way to break Senri's nullification technique which I used before but its impossible boy. First of all, I just copied his skill so it was not as powerful as his real one and secondly, even, I couldn't break it before. It's confusing, so I try not to get over his bad side." Alan replied handing him the wooden branch, on which the steak had finally grilled.

"Is that so…? Though I don't believe it. There must be something." Xavier disagreed. His gaze confident.

Alan blinked. "Wow, how persistent." he remarked standing up and clapping his hands together, "Alright then let me ask you one thing. What's the opposite of nothingness?"

Xavier pondering responded, "Life."

"And the opposite of void?" Alan asked again.

"Full." Xavier replied.

"Now combine those two words together." Alan instructed.

"Life full…? Full life? Complete life?" Xavier followed.

"Exactly, only a life can fight nothingness. In a middle of nowhere even the teensiest kind of living existence can fight nothingness. And life on a cricket field can fight any nullification. Upon one condition that one life enhances into lives." Alan advised.

Xavier unable to intercept his words pondered.

Alan stepping forward ruffled his hairs, "My words might feel vague right now little one however, the moment you stand on the same pitch as him. You'll understand every single word I said." Leaving him alone, Alan left.

"One life enhances into lives…" Xavier repeated gazing at the flickering fire.

Delivering the last ball Xavier suddenly gleamed, "So that was it!"

Aigou hitting the ball towards the boundary took a run. Ryan stopping the ball passed it to the umpire finishing the over.

"152 runs." Drake stated.

"Last five overs of the first innings left now. Let's see what happens." Yusuf anticipated.

Seles smiled anticipating, "I expect great achievements from those little ones."

"Kenzo." Xavier called panting.

Kenzo looking at him asked, "Hm?"

"I need your help." Xavier looked up.

"No, everyone's help!" he corrected. Kenzo grinned. Waving his hand around, he alerted the fielders calling, "Everyone gather around!!"

The middleschoolers gathered around, talked over.

Aigou glancing a look at them turned over to Senri.

"Tired?" Senri inquired.

Aigou smirked coldly, "Hmph, as if."

"Geez, this changing personality. Even I don't get it. I am proud of Elias understanding you in that way." Senri remarked scratching his hairs. Aigou glancing at Elias walked over to the batting crease.

Plans made and changes upgraded the fielders once again took their positions. The umpire passed the ball to Seraph. "Let's do it, Xavier." he encouraged. "Hm!" Xavier agreed taking the extra cover.

"They changed the fielding order again." Mir noticed.

"Of course, it's the start of death overs and time for tremendous run scoring by the batsmen. They'll stop that no matter what." Nidou told.

Kenzo recalled, "The target shouldn't exceed 200 no matter what. Let this be your sole aim as for what Xavier and Seraph planned we'll execute it in order got that?"

The middle schoolers looking at each other agreed, "Yes!"

"Their balling strategy is polished too, they clearly gave the death overs to both their amazing fast ballers and the last one to their dangerous spinner Gabriel." Isa realized.

Ren squinted his eyes, "I just hope they don't turn into death ballers…"

"They already are." Zach stated.

"Seriously?" Aaron sighed.

Seraph tossing the ball up and catching it again headed over to the popping crease delivering the first ball of the 16th over, "Infrasonic Glint: Wave 1."

The ball with rapid speed travelled before Aigou away from the pitch. Aigou tracing the ball grinned hopping on his toes as he slammed the ball towards the off side which Xavier caught.

"Haha! We'll take a run on the next one, Senri!" he waved happily. Senri smiled nodding.

"That's his happy side now." Haruf pointed, "That's good, it's far much better to be happy than angry." he gleamed. Aaron hearing him exhaled speechless, "Big guy…"

"Seriously, is this something to be said out loud?!" Xander pointed in disbelief.

"He was doing the exact same thing back then with Elias when we played." Damian recalled, "Sigh… to tell you the truth. You must be feeling calm since you're taking their wickets one by one however, the time we spent beside them honing our skills and practicing alongside them. We have clearly witnessed their true potential."

"Yeah, they might act like pure fools at a second and like they don't give a damn about the world at another. When in fact they are really, really experienced and not just that. Their true strength is an awful lot to bear witness." Ebraham concurred.

"When we saw them playing against each other we could only gulp awed and alarmed." Hadi added, "We realized at that time that they weren't world rankers for nothing."

Poseidon and Cassiel glanced at each other seriously.

"Nonetheless, all this over confidence makes me feel like blowing their heads too." Mikael uttered vexed instantly trailing off to the arguments negative side.

Poseidon and Cassiel smiled awkwardly.

Seraph delivering the second ball whispered, "Infrasonic Glint: Wave 2!" The delivery faster than the one before alerted Aigou. Aigou stepping back traced the ball stopping it with a dot return. Seraph grabbing it grinned mischievously heading back. "You're heading back to pavilion just you wait!" he mused.

"He is aiming for deliveries slightly outside the pitching line." Nagi noticed.

"Indeed. Don't tell me he is deliberately wants us to score boundaries or is that he don't want Lbw's..." Elias wondered as Kazuna interrupted, "Or he's aiming for catch outs."

"Ah!" Aaron gasped, "Those little…!"

"Indeed, they'll claim them out through this strategy." Evan added.

"But I don't think that's right to put it that way vice-captain." Orion uttered.
