Chapter 7 - (Part 7)

"Oh my god, we really did it now." Heber uttered in disbelief. "Tch, It's alright, since he really pissed me off~" Adam added happily. "That's not the point here…" Azazel sighed. "But he's one hell of a jerk. Only knows how to demoralize others." Ezekiel endorsed with Adam.

Ryan looked at Xavier concerned, who smiled back in turn. "Maybe at some point he was right as well…" Poseidon smiled dismayed. "Hey, don't say that. He is the world's most worthless man for saying something like that. You don't need to think so hard about it. He has always been like this ever since we came here." Helios consoled.

"I think you should." barged in a familiar voice. The boy's turned around to find the Head coach still sitting behind them. "What the hell are you still doing here?! Azazel flinched. "He heard everything…" Cassiel concluded gulping. The ragged old man stared at the thirteen boys from the bench. His bottle dangling right and left.

"You remember, I called you monsters when you all first came here. Want to know why?" he asked eyeing them one by one. The boys looked at each other perplexed. Helios cackled, "Heh! What is with this all of a sudden? Do you mean to say we are nothing more like monsters now?" "Say it! This King doesn't have a lot of time on his hands." Kenzo ordered rolling his eyes.

"Haha!!" the Head coach laughed. "Then, tell me, the first time I told you climb the mountain how did it felt?" he questioned. Azazel looking at Heber answered, "Shocked mostly… more like, how the hell can we do something like this in a single day kind of feeling?" The others endorsing nodded. "That feeling? What was its name?" the head coach questioned again. Adam sat straight gazing at Ryan.

"Thrill." Ryan responded. "It felt thrilling." he repeated.

"You're right, it felt thrilling. With a tint of fear and disbelief of reaching the impossible." Xavier added. Hearing those words the head coach stood up, "That's it, didn't carrying out this same practice again and again extinguished that thrill from all your hearts. As if you were given a burden to bear. Ain't I right?"

Seraph looked at Gabriel pondering deeply, "We lost our thrill…?"

"Well, moreover, your reasons for coming here in the first place. It seems like you've forgotten them as well. At this point I won't be able to help you since, each and every one of you have different reasons but remember. The moment you step out of this place and face that world you wish to face so desperately right now. It won't be for your own individual reasons. The reason will be your country and your pride only!" the Head coach exclaimed. Picking up the boxes one by one in his arms. He soon stacked all fifty six boxes in his arms. Twenty eight on the right and twenty eight on the left.

The boys stared at him astonished. "Also, these drinks you carry every day, are the only reason you and the ones waiting for you in the training camp can drink sports drinks like I do every day." he ended walking away. "So brace yourselves up, this is only the beginning. Don't think you could beat those highschoolers with legs as frail as yours. Go get ready for your punishment. I am only going you a half an hour to get ready and come back." The boys stared at his back as he went away.

"Is he crazy?! Or is he really trying to end us today?" Heber uttered baffled. "My, my here we go on a haste hunt again…" Cassiel sighed. "Moreover, is he even a human being?" Feng questioned blinking his eyes, "We individually took four boxes and he held all of them at once?"

Ryan sat with a blackened expression, "Looks like… we have a lots and lots and a lots more to work up on." Poseidon agreed, "Seems like it right? Well then, let's go get ready for the punishment." "No way~ I'll die! Captain! Vice-captain!" Ezekiel cried.

"Geez… we aren't even allowed to sleep." Cried Heber. Kenzo standing up eyed the sky above, "Hey you lot… do you remember why you came here?" The boys looked at each other soon stood up too. "Of course we do." replied Cassiel.

Kenzo smiled. "So until we reach our dorms. Tell me your motives. Of course, I'll tell you mine in return as well." he looked the others proudly. "Well I appreciate the thought however, I have always kept it a secret. I don't think I'll say It." Helios walked away. "Not all secrets are meant to be kept hidden Heli, Heli." Adam said. Helios smiled slightly surprised.

"Alright~ if you all don't want to say, I'll begin first." Heber steped ahead. "You know, I want to be the best batsmen in the whole world! Of course not better than Captain Kenzo." he told proud. "Heeh… what a lousy aim." Azazel rolled his eyes.

"What? If you think it's so lousy, tell me yours!" Heber asked annoyed. "Me!? I want to be world's number 1 fast baller, I want to make a whole new record for bouncers in the book of world's history!" he exclaimed. "Pfft! HAHA!" Kenzo and Heber burst out laughing. "Huh?! Captain? Why are you laughing?" Azazel asked instantly dejected.

"Big words coming out from a small mouth." Kenzo joked. "Are you sure about that? Aza?" Heber asked. Azazel looked at him dispirited. "Huh? Don't you believe me captain?" Seraph shook his head, "He didn't meant it like that, what he meant was that the aim you have in mind is really splendid. But are you working equally that hard to achieve it?" "Of course, I am working hard!" Azazel exclaimed.

"Of course, you are working hard. I can see it." Poseidon endorsed patting his shoulder. "So what about your aim Poseidon?" Seraph questioned. "Mine?" Poseidon asked back. "I just want to play alongside you all and Helios and win as many victories as possible." he smiled at Helios.

Helios smiled back caringly. "Of course, Moms only want to do something like that…" Adam complimented speechless, suddenly his face lighting up. "Hey, hey ask me? Ask me too?!" he jumped up and down. "Just tell it already. Why are you even asking us to ask you?" Ezekiel replied lazily.

"I want to beat Ryan! And become the world's best cricketer!" he exclaimed. Ryan eyed him confused, "Why me?" Adam cackled jumping over his shoulder, "It's because you are really strong! You even won the inter academy championship!" Ryan looked away. "It's not something that big… moreover, I wasn't the only one…" he mumbled slightly embarrassed.
