After dealing with the threat, Beelzebub returned to his maids' side.
He found out that most wyverns and bandits had died, for they were unable to deal with Gloria's strength and Emilia's cursed sword. Those that were lucky enough to survive hadn't woken up from their slumber, probably relieved that they were still in nightmares.
Beelzebub threw Berwyn's unconscious body at the ground and explained what he had just learned.
"We'll wake him up soon and get to his village. They should have a better pass to cross the mountains."
"Got it."
"As you wish, Master."
Resting for a while as every exercise urged a break, Beelzebub's team talked about the threats lurking in the shadows. They laughed at how the boulder was the tougher opponent, then cursed at the bandits before focusing on their boss, whose words had disgusted the maids.
