The Gorilla charged. I didn't hesitate to activate blood rush. Even with his earth armored, it didn't lose any speed. He came close and gave blow after blow. I dodged most of its hits, but some landed. Each time my body would cry in pain. But that wasn't the worst. The longer he was giving punches, the faster he became. At some point, I could only dodge one fist out of two.
There was one minute left before the end of the cooldown, but when I felt my bones crack under the pressure, I knew I wouldn't last. Blood rush could accelerate my regeneration speed, but bones take a long time to heal, even with the orc's regeneration. I couldn't afford him to break them.
Although I was not as strong as him, I was confident in my agility. So instead of trying to flee, I came closer. I took this risk because the gorilla's armor restrained his movements.
