This was a lot to take in, not to mention I had to sort through the notifications for loot from the nine dungeon runs I did. I was back in my home, it was late into the night, and it was pitch black. I stumbled to find the light switch, and when I did I began to make my way to the kitchen. I had ordered a lot of food earlier, and I saved the rest for when I came out of the Dungeons. Heating up my food, I began to organize my gains.

My system had leveled up, which meant that my talent was empowered. When I read my talents description, it seems that I was now able to receive items of the (Green) rank, which would be better than the (Grey) ranks I was getting now. The Grey items were seemingly Trash or items that gave very minor stat boosts. Also, after checking my items again, after my expanded Stats were unlocked, the items didn't give any additional bonuses. Which led me to believe that Grey tier items only had one stat bonus, if any, and they were limited to the primary Stats.

I looked through all my items gained from my dungeon runs, and they were of little use. I was able to complete a Novice Leather set, which I equipped and received a large boost in Stats. With the entire set I gained a small 5% increase to my movement speed and a whopping total of +1 to my strength. The movement speed buff was described as an increase to running speed. I also received 900 gold for completing the Dungeons, meaning I made a total of almost 1300 gold today. That was 1.3 million dollars. I had made 1.3 million dollars in a single day! However I couldn't convert it all to cash. I wanted to focus on strengthening myself, and after experiencing the Dungeons again, I was addicted to gaining power. Money was no longer a priority, and I knew I would live comfortably forever, but the Dungeons would allow me to live out my wildest fantasies.

Beginning with this.

[Skill Creation Ticket.]

You are able to design a skill, which the system will limit to fit your current progress.

I had a Skill I have always wanted, if I were to be able to choose in real life. For anyone who has read wuxia novels, they knew what I would be talking about: Flying Sword.

It was an ability of certain cultivators to control a sword to fight for them, they would also be able to control it to ride atop of. For transportation, however I wasn't too interested in that, I wanted to have swords flying around me. That would attack at just a single thought. A Hunter is nothing, without a Hunting dog.

After tweaking it for a while, I finished designing the skill I envisioned in my mind.

[Falling Sakura Blossom (Unique)(Evolving)(Passive)]

Like the falling leaves it begins as one, before turning into an impassable wave of leaves that come and go like the changing of seasons. You are able to bind to one sword that will hover around and follow your will. It does not need to be controlled manually, as it will read the user's will, however it's ability will depend on the user's own mastery of swords. When binding a new sword, the old sword will be destroyed. More swords can be binded when the skill levels up, or as the user's Intellect increases. The swords will be affected by the user's other skills.

It was exactly what I wanted. I was still only limited to one sword at a time for now, and being able to directly control the sword meant that I was vulnerable to mental attacks. If someone were to make me want to be stabbed, my sword would comply. I would have to prioritize mental defense in the future. The only reason I believed this to be true was because of the Charm stat I, which would mean there were those who took Charm as their primary stat, to use their charms and spells to bewitch people.

After I had finished my spell, I confirmed it and it was added to my skills. I then went to the Shop, and began searching for a suitable weapon or Auxiliary skill. I searched for skills within my price range first, finding a few skills I thought were useful, and then looked for skills outside my current price range that I could consider saving up for.

I ignored the weapons, because after looking for just a few minutes the cheapest (Green) sword I found was almost 25,000 gold. Weapons were incredibly pricey, however when looking at their descriptions I understood why. Weapons of the (Grey) tier only had damage values, however starting from (Green) there were added perks such as a small chance of triggering low level skills during use or actively being able to use a skill temporarily. Weapons with the ability to trigger an increase in gold gain, or increased exp.

I ignored the Weapons for those reasons. I turned my attention back to the skills. I was looking at two currently that I could afford, which would be good for me.

[Accumulating Luck Level 1.]

You are able to forfeit an item, when you receive it as a drop, which will then accumulate into a small luck bonus. The bonus can be stacked infinitely, and when you decide to cash out you will receive an additional random effect to your received item.

[Mana Sense Level 1.]

Allows the user to begin sensing mana. Unlocking the mana stat and increasing the user's sensitivity to mana as the skill level is increased.

I wanted the first one because I thought it would be best with my talent, allowing me to receive much better items, however this was all still up to luck. If I was only currently able to receive (Green) items at best, then with this after a certain amount of items being forfeit, I would be able to receive (Blue) items. This also meant I would not be able to receive any items in-between or else it would use my accumulated luck. Which meant if I suddenly found a green item, one before I would be upgraded to blue tier items, I would go back to the very beginning of accumulating luck.

The ability to perceive mana, and then after having a heightened sensitivity to mana, would allow me to use more spells. Some of which would allow me to empower my swords, making them more lethal. Currently I could not use most active skills, because they required mana.

Interestingly enough, there were also skills that required the usage of blood, allowing for a blood warlock type of style. I personally wasn't too interested in that currently, however it had to be known that if you were a mana user that mixing in abilities that used your own blood would allow you to better resource manage.

I decided to focus on my talent for now, hoping to yield some better results for items, and I would sell the items that weren't important to me. Allowing me to receive more gold, which would lead to me getting stronger either way. I also messaged Hailey.

"Hey, are you up?"

After waiting for ten minutes, I didn't get a reply so I decided to go to bed. I bound the shortsword I had received, and willed it to guard me while I slept.
