I grinned. "First of all I'm the leader and the brawns, we both know that. So you're the head and brains." She didn't even nod to me or anything as she was already expecting me to say this. I Continued, "Secondly I make the decisions, you make the plans to make sure we achieve it." She nodded in agreement. "Lastly, I don't plan to fight against eldest brother. I know you have a grudge against him but I don't, and I'd rather avoid becoming enemies with a monster like him." This time she was hesitating to agree, however she cleared up her mind considering it to be more useful teaming up with me than being fixated on her brother. The two of us fist bumped to the sun which was rising, "I'm looking forward to working with you, leader." She teasingly said.
Not long later we marched towards a village where we could sleep for the next few nights. Whilst walking my sister introduced her Lackey's; Liza, Blue hair and brown eyes she was known for her battle knowledge. She told me that even without having cultivated, she was able to fight against the lower-end guards who have all been trained for five years at the bare minimum. And the other one; Rudy, Red hair and red eyes she was known for her martial prowess, just with her raw strength she was able to break metal doors
Later that night we stumbled across some bandits, where I asked Liza and Rudy to show off their powers seeing if there any use to me. Ruby didn't hesitate for a second and charged into the bandits. She confronted five bandits at once. She didn't do much besides rush towards them immediately and just punch them in the gut, sending them flying. It was fast and effective. On the other side Liza grabbed the sword from her back which she'd been carrying with her the entire time, she revealed a beautiful dark-blue and silver sword, it probably costs a lot. She confronted three bandits with just some daggers, she quickly showed that she mastered beautiful swordsmanship; it was like she was dancing and defeating her opponents. Whilst it could be a lot more effective, like with Rudy, it sure was nice to look at. The two of them finished of the bandit grunts when they confronted the leader. "Don't interfere." I said, my sister wanted to step in, stopping the two of them. They were supposedly not ready to take on this bandit leader. However there was no way in hell I was going to miss seeing their limits, we could just step in whenever it got bad. Besides if they are not even capable of defeating a nameless bandit then there is no use in taking them along with us.
Both Rudy and Liza looked serious, Liza took a stance and let Rudy confront her first. "Bear Style: Iron Claws!" She screamed as she charged towards the bandit that was twice her size, an iron-looking claw formed around her hands. Rudy aimed for his head however he was just barely able to dodge that, and so hit his shoulder instead. This also explained where the name came from as it left a mark on his body, like a bear's claw would. "Die you bitch!" The bandit screamed as he ran towards Rudy, however he immediately noticed something was wrong, he turned around just to see Liza having finished her preparations. "First Kisea Technique: Azure Sword!" She screamed, her entire sword was coated by a highly condensed water rotating around the sword with an abnormal amount of speed.
The bandit immediately identified Liza to be the greater threat and turned back punching her, however Liza just walked straight trough his fist, her sword was so sharp because of the water that it cut his flesh like it was butter. His entire arm was sliced in two before he even noticed, "Bear Style: Regular Kick!" Rudy came from behind and kicked the bandits head off. I clapped, congratulating them on their win, with this battle I confirmed that the two of them weren't normal. I turned towards Esther, and had a scared look on her face.
"So you kept gems like them hidden, what a surprise. One who imitates bears for one reason or another, and another one coming from a clan that was destroyed a decade ago. Not to mention the 'Great Blade of the Sea god' which came from that clan. Who are you two really?" I asked them. The three girls looked at each other and nodded in agreement to tell me.
Rudy explained that she grew up in the mountains and in order to survive she had to fight wild beasts since she was young with bears being the strongest beasts in the area she started to imitate their fighting style. When one year ago she was on death's door but was found by my older sister before she fully died, where she learned how to read, write and talk alongside starting to cultivate. Ever since she's been forever grateful to my older sister for saving her life and has decided to follow her till her death.
I didn't really listen to Lisa's story as I focused my thoughts on Rudy who was a Jewel I didn't expect to get so early. She was certainly useful, in just a year's time did she not only learn how to read, write and talk but also achieved such high martial prowess. Her talent wasn't low at all, no in fact she was a prodigy, a genius amongst geniuses. With her being loyal to her my sister, and my sister being loyal to me. She's a genius that would most likely do everything I say, better almost doesn't exist. It would've been even better if she was loyal to me instead of my sister though.
"Why exactly did we go to this village though, sister?" I asked her, I've been blindly following her orders. After all, I don't care about anything but making my grand plan come true. Besides she's the brains, it's not my task to make the plans just the decisions. "Initially I planned to go the 'Slye' family. After all, our older brother Renzo's wife comes from that family, were good allies with them."
"Hmmm, well not like I really care either way's. Let's just hurry up." I said with a grin on my face, the sun was already settling down.
At an unknown location a young man with a big grin on his face sat on his throne and talked to a servant that was on his knees before him. "So did the Bajo Family succeed?" He asked with a calm voice. He looked down towards the man that was on his knees, he was sweating, fearing that his life would come to an end right now. "Reporting, Young Master! The Bajo Family failed in the full assassination with a few surviving including the likes of; The third young master, the young miss and even the Clan Head." The young man clenched his fists and stood up, his face was red with anger, the veins on his face were more visible by the second. "Wasn't it Drago's task to get rid of that pesky Clan head?! What the hell is going on?!" His scream destroyed the pillars in the hall, the young boy that was shivering and sweating before was sent flying to the other side of the hall just from his scream. That's when from the right a woman entered the room, she held his arm against her boobs and told the young man to calm down. The young man quickly regained his composure and sat down on his throne again. "Come to my room once you finish your task, young master." She said as she walked away. He quickly looked at her ass as she walked away and blushed a bit and quickly handled the situation so he could go to her room as fast as possible. "Send a team to monitor their movements." He said, whilst grinning. "Yes Sir!" The boy said as he ran out of the hall as fast as he could. 'What a monster.' He thought as he ran away.
