One moment they were heading toward the dining hall, and the next moment, Mortimer appeared in front of them to inform that Kethan was being summoned to Lucian's study.
"I will be back as soon as possible. But if it seem like I'll be staying there for too long, don't wait for me and continue with your day." He told her right before he left.
Seraphina was really curious about exactly what was going on inside Lucian's study. But she refrained herself from probing Mortimer for any sort of information and silently continued towards dining hall.
She waited for over ten minutes befor Mortimer informed her that the meeting would not be ending anytime soon.
Giving up on waiting anymore, she enjoyed her breakfast with the staff as she needed to head to the city early. She had a lot of work piled up for the day.
