Eva continuously walked beside Brian who held the tray like a gentleman. After collecting another round of food, this time around, she insisted on holding the tray back.
They walked passed the same route and they took the CEO-exclusive lift.
While they were in the lift, Brian started his conversation after going through a series of thoughts in his mind, "Eva?"
Eva slowly turned to look at him as they both waited for the lift to reach the topmost floor. She was worried sick that she was already late and her new boss could unleash his powerful rage at her.
Right, she had never seen him so worked up, however, she had seen bits of his anger and she didn't think it would be a good idea to do annoying things more to fill his bar of resentment towards her. "Yes?"
