"Welcome back, Andrew!" Addy's oldest sister, Nancy, said cheerily. She remembered him from the dinner nights ago.
Andrew waved to the brunette, before watching Addy beside him walk to the kitchen, him following after her and seeing her grab two cans of Dr. Thunder. She handed him one, mumbling a 'here' along with it. He accepted the soda gratefully.
"Let's head to my room," Addy said, leading him down a hallway, that creaked with age as he stepped on it. The walls were painted a light blue, and the carpet was grey and thinning from years of wear and tear. He peered into open doorways as they passed them, little reminders of how much time had passed since his last visit here.
They reached the end of the hallway, where Addy's bedroom sat. She opened the door to reveal a cozy bedroom decorated in shades of purple. Posters covered the walls and a laptop rested on her desk. A window overlooked the backyard garden that Andrew felt nostalgic with when he was younger.
His shadow shaped like a man with wings; his feet touched the floor and his hands caressed the red plush pillows on the bed and the bed frame itself was made out of cherry wood. The smell of incense was like a morning breeze in the grasslands when a storm was upon the horizon and the wind brought the fragrance of flowers from a nearby the garden replete with tulips and other flowers nodding in the wind like gentle bees.
"Andrew, I want to help you," Addy blurted, immediately taking his hand and holding it in hers, "You don't deserve what your... can you even call him 'father'... is doing to you..." she shut her eyes, wanting to be in his shoes, so he could be happy with a family, her family.
"A-Addy, its fine... I've dealt with him for some years... I'm almost out of school, so I won't be with him anymore... I promise."
The pounding of the blood in his ears, the beating of his heart, the warmth and comfort she was radiating.
Her eyes brimmed with tears and her nose was red, running alongside her cheeks and into the strands of her hair. Her eyes like emeralds in the bright sunlight, giving off a shine that could blind you. She opened her mouth to speak and her lips were chapped and blood red, "No, it's not fine, Andrew!" She screamed; her voice full of anger yet concern. Her hair was a waterfall of darkness down her back, her face was tinged red from the tears, the makeup smeared from running along the sides of her face. "You're being abused by someone that should care for you, and yet, you say you're fine... are you really okay?!" She pulled his hands to her face to hide her silent sobbing.
She embraced him and wept, her tears falling through his fingers as he whispered, "I'm so sorry..."
Her scent was that of rosebuds and lavender, the kind of smell that makes you want to relax by a riverbank on a blistering hot summer's day.
Her hands were cold, but soft and smooth, like the petals of a rose in the spring. Her palms felt warm, giving the feeling of peace.
Andrew closed his eyes and took a deep breath, inhaling her scent. He felt a sense of calmness wash over him, like a warm blanket on a cold winter's night. He pulled away from her embrace and looked into her eyes, the emeralds glistening like stars in the night sky.
"I'm not okay, Addy," he admitted, his voice low and soft. "I'm scared and I don't know what to do."
Her hand motioned for him to move into her embrace, and he did. The touch of rose petals and lavender caressed him like a gentle breeze. "You don't have to be scared anymore, Andrew," she said, her voice was soft and gentle, a soothing wave washing over him. Her soft hands made him feel at ease, the coolness of her skin a reminder of his own. "I'm here for you, and we'll figure it out together."
The scent of hope was the smell of freshly blooming flowers, a reminder of spring and the promise of new beginnings. His vision filled with optimism, a bright ray of light shining through the darkness. An aura of positivity surrounding him as Addy's eyes glimmered in the moonlight. A feeling of safety as her smile shone like a beacon guiding him home. A soft, gentle hum filled the air, like a lullaby of reassurance, its soothing notes like a comforting hug.
Andrew could see Addy's eyes fill with tears, her emerald irises glistening in the light of the moon. He could see the hope and reassurance in her smile, the softness of her lips, the gentleness of her touch. Andrew leaned in and kissed her, at first gently, like the fluttering wings of a butterfly, but then with more urgency, like the buzzing of bees. Andrew could hear her heart beating, warmth of her breath, softness of her lips. Andrew could feel the softness of Addy's skin, the warm embrace of her arms. He could see her skin flush with heat, the softness of her hair in his fingers, he could feel her warm breath, the warmth of her lips, the softness of her hair in his fingers.
Andrew could see the softness of her skin, the warmth of her breath, the softness of her lips, her emerald irises glow in the light, a ray of light shining through the darkness, a promise of new beginnings. Sweet, the smell of the flowers in bloom. His hands roamed over her body, feeling every curve of her body, her warm breath, the softness of her hair in his fingers, a tender hug. He pulled away, struggling to catch his breath. She was so close that he could still feel her body against him even though the space between them felt infinite. He squeezed his eyes shut and tried to calm his racing heart. "Addy," he whispered, "I need you. I need you more than anything in this world."
Her smile was soft and inviting as she looked into his eyes. Her gaze showed a deep love, coupled with desire and longing. Reaching out, she touched his arm gingerly. "Andrew, I'm here for you. No matter what. Always. I love you, Andrew."
With that, they fell into each other's arms.

The night was hot, and the air was thick with the scent of roses. Andrew and Addy were lost in their own world, their bodies entwined, their hearts beating as one. They lay there, under the moonlight, lost in each other's embrace.
Andrew's hands roamed over Addy's body, tracing every curve, every contour. He could feel the softness of her skin, the warmth of her breath, the heat of her desire. He kissed her neck, her shoulders, her breasts, savoring the taste of her skin, the softness of her flesh.
Addy moaned softly, her body arching against his, her fingers running through his hair. "Andrew," she gasped, "I need you too. I need you so much."
He kissed her deeply, his tongue exploring her mouth, his hands roaming over her body. They moved together, their bodies writhing in ecstasy, lost in the heat of their passion.
For that moment, nothing else mattered. All that existed was their love, and they were lost in it. Nothing else seemed to matter, only their love for one another. They stayed like that until the sun rose, blissfully unaware of the world around them.
When the sun finally did rise, they lay there in one another's arms, content, happy, and full of love. They had found something that was pure and true, something that would last them a lifetime. The love they shared was special, unique, and strong. Nothing could break it. Nothing could tear them apart. They had found each other, and nothing else mattered. Addy's eyes traced over his broad shoulders, her fingertips lingering on the taut muscles of his bicep. She loved everything about him β the way he smelled like mountain air and pine needles, the sound of his deep voice rumbling through his chest, and the intensity in his steely blue eyes that melted her heart every time she looked into them. As they laid there together, time seemed to stop, and Addy knew with a fierce certainty that this was where she belonged β wrapped up in his strong arms, safe and loved. The world around them faded away as they shared a moment of quiet intimacy. The morning sun filtered through the curtains and bathed the two in a warm glow.
"Hey..." Andrew whispered to her ear, "I have to go back... I told my father I was going camping, and I would be back in the morning..."
Andrew felt Addy's arms lock around his waist and he smiled at the thought of leaving. He knew that she did not want him to go, and he was having trouble pulling himself away from her pain-stricken face. "Why must you leave so soon?" Addy groaned into his back. It hurt him to hear her whine after all they had been through the night before; it was a sound that would be hard to forget.
Andrew carefully pulled away from Addy, standing still and looking around for the pieces of clothing that had been thrown around the room. His toned abs were visible through his tight shirt, and it was remarkable how his seemingly slender body hid such strong muscles. His movements were slow and sorrowful as he got dressed, and Addy couldn't help but admire him. When he was dressed, Addy looked up into his face as she ran her fingertips across his chest. She traced the muscles that lay underneath his shirt, following them down to his abs, luring him back in under a false pretense. His body was surprisingly muscular and toned beneath the loose shirts and baggy pants he used to wear.
"I'll see you during school... Andrew..." she whispered in a soft tone, which caught him off guard. Her voice was like a soothing melody that he could listen to all day. He used his index finger and laid it under her chin, rising it to let him see her beautiful eyes. He gazed into her eyes long before taking his time to kiss her lips, cherishing the familiar taste and feeling of her smooth lips. The sensation of her lips on his was euphoric. He loved the feeling of her smooth lips on his, and he couldn't help but try and re-capture that feeling.
"I'll see you then," he pulled away and left through the window, successful as he swiftly ran away from her vision. She sat at the window, her hand holding her cheek as she reminisces the time with him that night. She loved it.

As Andrew made his way back to his father's home, he couldn't shake the feeling that he left something behind. Something important. Addy was so much more than just a fling. She was the love of his life, and he knew it.
When Andrew finally arrived at his house, he found his foster father sitting on the front porch, smoking a cigarette and reading the newspaper.
"Good morning, father..." Andrew said, trying to sound casual.
His father looked up from the paper and frowned at him. "You're back early," he grumbled. "What happened? Couldn't handle a night in the woods?"
Andrew rolled his eyes but didn't say anything. Instead, he took a deep breath and tried to steady his nerves. This was going to be harder than he thought.
"Hey... father," he started tentatively, "there's something I need to tell you."
His father raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything, seeming uninterested.
"I met someone," Andrew continued. "Her name is Addy, and she's amazing..."
His father snorted. "Women come and go. You'll meet plenty more Addys in your life."
Andrew felt anger rising inside him. His father never took anything seriously when it came to relationships. But this was different. Addy meant everything to Andrew, and he couldn't let his father brush her off like that.
"She's not just any girl," Andrew insisted. "She's different. I love her, father."
His father's eyes widened in shock, and he dropped his cigarette on the ground. "What did you just say?" he asked incredulously.
"I love her," Andrew repeated firmly. "And I'm not going to let anyone, or anything come between us."
His father stood up, towering over Andrew with a stern expression on his face, Andrew grew scared of what his father would do to him. Hit him? Slap him? Ridicule him? "Listen here, boy," he growled, making the boy under him jump in fright. "You have no idea what love is. Love is a weakness that will get you hurt. You need to focus on your future and forget about this girl."Andrew clenched his fists, feeling anger and frustration bubbling inside him. "I won't forget about her," he said through gritted teeth. "I won't give up on the one thing that makes me happy."
His father took a step closer, glaring at him with a cold gaze. "Fine," he said finally. "But don't come crying to me when she breaks your heart."
Andrew stood there in silence as his father walked back into the house, feeling hollow and alone. He knew that his relationship with Addy was going to be a challenge, but he was willing to fight for it no matter what. He loved her more than anything else in the world, and he wasn't going to let anyone take that away from him. With renewed determination, Andrew set off towards school, ready to face whatever obstacles came his way as long as Addy was by his side.
