Inside the bathroom, the fourth Zoe walked out. When she saw that another duplicate of herself had appeared in the room, her face instantly turned pale.
Before Alexander could ask anything, she began speaking:"I didn't do anything. I just went to the bathroom, washed my hands, and everything was normal."
"Did you look in the mirror? Was there anything unusual about your reflection?" Alexander asked impatiently.
"Of course, I looked, and there was nothing wrong," the fourth Zoe answered.
"It seems it's not just the mirror, then,"
The first duplicate Alexander spoke up after they waited for a bit longer and no second person came out.
"If it were solely an issue with the mirror, and the duplicated Zoe also looked in the mirror, then we would have had an endless cycle of Zoes emerging. Either there can only be one duplicate within a certain timeframe, or only the original can be duplicated by the mirror."
