Chapter 45 - Identity Exposure

The old ghost's pupils contracted sharply as he slowly turned his head, only to be met with the face of Alexander, approaching step by step with a faintly eerie smile.

"Help me!"

The old ghost let out the most desperate scream of his life and rushed towards the outside of the courtyard.

His two short legs pedaled, resembling a pair of rapidly rotating wheels. He couldn't help but regret why he wasn't a centipede with more legs.

Now it was Alexander's turn to be surprised! Holding two Haddock cigarettes in his hand, he looked quite awkward, his face filled with confusion.

What was the matter with this old ghost?

Just as his goodwill was about to reach twenty, it suddenly dropped to zero in an instant.

He only glanced at Alexander and then ran away as if he had seen a ghost.

Was he so ugly?

Alexander believed that in this life, although he wasn't particularly handsome, he still had his charm as a man.
