"Hey Soph". Joanna said as she came down the stairs and into the kitchen. It was a day off for her and she wanted to spend it reading a book from one of David's piles of books in the study. She was done with the one he gave her and she wanted to discuss the book with him but he was never around. The book was interesting and she had gotten lost in a world of crime and lies and she would love to give David her rating of the book. She had woken up and took a bath before coming down for breakfast. She was going to spend her day in his study and get ready for their girl's outing with Charlotte at night but she was not sure she could make it.
She hadn't heard from Evelyn since she came back home and it bothered her a lot. She didn't know what Michael told her to upset her that much. She had tried calling her but Michael had been answering the call. She had brushed it as a couple's marriage but a nagging feeling at the back of her mind kept telling her something was wrong.
