Chapter VIII: Bonding time isn't always about Cooking!

"WHAT?!"
Guanyu yelled in Disbelief. "I-I'm sorry, but, It's all we could do!" The nurse yelped hiding behind the Doctor. Who, sighs, clearly tired, "Yes, Mr. Flores, We sadly cannot cure Mr. Rolper's sprained ankle" He explains once again. Leopard rolls his eyes at his Master's over reaction to the Injury he held.
"Seriously, I'll be fine sir—" "Whose gonna do the cleaning?!" "The Twins are here for that, as well as the rest of the Chores done daily by me shall be done by them‐" "And what about UF, who is gonna take care of her??" "You sir, You" Guanyu gasped in offense. "Excuse-toi?! Moi?!" He spoke, Leopard sighs, aggravated, "Yes, sir, YOU" He hissed. "You KNOW I don't do well with Children!" "Yesterday you were cooking with her, how is it that hard??" "Children have different Interests from me, Leopard!"
The doctor coughs, catching both of their attention. "May we leave?" He asked, Slightly annoyed, Guanyu rolls his eyes and dismisses him, The Two leave the room and Leopard and Guanyu return to their debate.
"It's just from the next 12 hours sir, You can handle her!"
"12 Hours is enough for me to cook all day and think of what to Serve to the Royal event— You think I can handle that?!" "You literally have Two months away before THAT!" As the two argued, downstairs, things were quiet peaceful.

"Are you sure this is safe, Princess??" Ame asked, looking at the Boiling water in the kitchen. "You wanna make sure the Evidence is gone, yes??" "You speak as if we're cleaning up a Murder scene... But yes, I do want it gone" Ame muttered, looking at UF who, smiles eerily at him. "Good, now fetch me the Purple vial" Ame nodded, going to grab his bag and taking out a colorful set of Vials, grabbing out the purple one he gives it to UF, whom, smiles as she pours only a small amount into the boiling water.
UF' hands glow purple as she chants something in a forgein language before- suddenly, the Water boils faster and slowly disappears- and suddenly Smoke appears and UF scoops out with a Spatula the leftovers- it was a Glowing yellow substance.
"Finished!" UF smiles, pouring the Substance onto a bowl, Ame stirs it a bit and it turns clear. "Success!" UF declared, She gets off the Stool and grabs the bowl. "Now to give this to Leopard" UF said, giving it to Ame, Ame nods and walk away with the Bowl in hand.
UF, satisfied, cleans up the kitchen. While doing so, she hears a sigh, She looks up and sees her Uncle, strolling in lazily. "You okay, Uncle Guanyu??" "Ah, chicklet" Guanyu gives a small smile, he sits on a stool and sighs. "Nice to see you here, How are you??" "I'm good, you... Don't look good though" UF gulped, Guanyu sighs, parting some of his bangs.
"It's been a long day, Leopard is unable to perform his duties today" "Oh? W-What happened?" UF turned away, resuming on cleaning the Wok and Spatula she used. "I don't know, he just walk into my room and Reported himself unable to perform today- when I asked why, it turns out he has a Sprained ankle- though, he also has a Fractured heel..." Guanyu continues on to ranting earlier events, to which, at times, Made UF cough or gulp.
"Sounds rough..." "Gods, I just hate it" UF chuckled, putting aside her gloves and patting his back, "If you want, maybe rest too?" "No.. I have to prepare for-" "Uncle Guanyu, the event is like, Two months away, REST" UF Interrupted him, which made Guanyu scoff.
"Your just like Leo.."
"Just rest, please Uncle?"
"... Fine, but it's because you asked me to, Chicklet"
"Thank you"

"So, this is your idea of.. Rest?" Guanyu asked, confused as to why he's in bed with UF, whom, nods, grabbing a Book and the same bag from earlier, she sets it aside and smiles at Guanyu.
"I tend to do these to calm down or just enjoy!" "And that is...?" UF gets out the vial set and Guanyu' eyes grow wide. "I-Is that—" "Advanced Alchemy!" UF finished, "how-" "Just watch!" UF turns off the light and the Vials are the only things glowing.
She starts by grabbing the First bright yellow Vial and mixing it. Opening the book she humms and pours the liquid onto her palm, then, it forms into a Small Humanoid creature. It makes sounds of delight, Guanyu gasped at the Sight, "I—" "Isn't it cute! Look!" The Yellow creature spins and slowly turns into a Lotus, and when UF blows on it, it's oetals fly to Guanyu and he's showered I'm a Calming essence.
"Was that.. Really Alchemy??" He muttered in Awe, UF shrugs. "Papa calls it like that, so I guess so?" She says, adjusting herself on the bed. She grabs another Vial and pours it onto her hand, It glows a Blue, tealish color, before it forms into a Cube.
"It's fun to do though!" UF smiles, Giggling a bit. Guanyu stares in Awe at her, Her source of happiness was something so Simple.. He chuckled, inching closer to her as he Ruffles her hair, "Alright, show me more kid.." UF looks at him, Surprised, but Nods enthusiastically, She starts to demonstrate the Vials' powers, and Guanyu watched in Genuine Awe and Curiosity.

The whole day, UF and Guanyu spent it in UF' room. Eventually, the Two fall asleep and when Leopard was fully healed by the Concution made by UF, he visits the room and smiles fondly at the Sight.
"Awh!" Ame cooed, Flustered at the Sight. Thyst chuckled as he watches alongside, Leopard snickered, walking towards Guanyu and waking him up slowly. "Master Guanyu, are you fine??" He asks, whispering it, Guanyu slowly wakes and Rubs his eyes, clearly exhausted, "Oh! Leopard..." He yawns, adjusting his position a bit since UF lays on his chest, asleep.
"I see your slowly opening up to Her" Leopard muses, Guanyu shrugs, yawning. "It's okay.. The kid mostly did the work in convincing me" He chuckles, ruffling UF' hair, she stirs in her sleep but seems at bliss. "Well, I hope it'll be like this more in the future" Thyst shrugs, before joining and laying on the bed. "Mhm! And don't worry Mr. Flores! Well help you take care of Princess here!" Ame cheered, Guanyu nods, he Rubs his eyes again and smiles at Leopard.
"I guess I can, look forward to Taking care of this kid" "I'm sure you'll do great, Master Guanyu" Leopard smiles, he closes the lights once again and leaves the room with Ame.
As Guanyu looks at UF, Thyst chuckles. "She's a Intriguing kid, hm?" He mutters, Guanyu hums, Nodding.
"I guess... Babysitting won't be too bad"
