Dan smiled, at least he got something out of this event,
Kyle seeing Dan's smile mistook it, he thought Dan was smiling because of what he had done. Although he wasn't far off, he wasn't close to the truth either.
"Dan Jenson, thank you." Kyle proclaimed with tears in his eyes, the other people he associated with treated him as a freak but not his master, 'master', when he thought of it, Dan was his master but didn't treat him differently and he certainly was grateful,
"I should be thanking you, this experience has been more beneficial for me than you think" Dan promptly said, feeling like he was tricking Kyle.
"Best friends!" a loud, masculine voice shouted, and its source a certain bat-like demon appearing around rune-filled formations,
"You have no idea how much effort I have put into making this dream team." Night said, his head pointing to the sky as a display of its pride.
Dan was about to retort when a sizzling noise interrupted him and that is when he remembered the pool of lava that seemed to be expanding,
"Kyle, control it," Dan asked Kyle in fear of what might happen if he was severely burned by the lava, he didn't want to find out the hard way if he could heal from lava especially if it was made by a demon.
Kyle stretched his hands forward, creating a meter-tall wall of earth around the pool, and hoped for the best,
Following his actions, the other sphere of energy disappeared, and his transformation reverted, turning him normal again, his face was disgruntled with pain, and a newfound weakness but he ignored it as there was a bigger issue, the lava was quickly eating through the wall.
The lava seemed just about ready to burst out when what looked like a flower petal made of ice landed on the surface of the lava and froze it over. Kyle, Dan, and even Night shot their head in a direction, and there stood none other than Mr. Isaac,
"HOW THE HELL DID LAVA END UP IN A HALLWAY?!!!" Mr. Isaac screamed at the top of his lungs, clearly infuriated by the fact that LAVA of all things was in a hallway but he couldn't lie, he was a bit curious,
"So is noone going to explain how there was lava in the hallway?" Mr. Isaac asked, his voice taking a dangerous calm,
"It was Night." Dan and Kyle said in unison, both pointing at the demon close to them,
'They claim it was the summon, but it couldn't be, could it?', this was Mr. Isaac's reasoning and his thoughts weren't exactly far off cause based off his inspection of Night, it was only an intermediate class demon and that can't be powerful enough to create lava, an advance class demon and sure, he could believe but not an intermediate,
"Such horrid lie-" Night suddenly tried to speak up but was interrupted when Dan punched his mouth, the attack didn't carry much power but it served its purpose of shutting Night up.
"You can't shut me up, I have fundamental human rights! Wait a second, shouldn't it be fundamental demon rights" Night said but whispered the second part and after a few seconds of thinking, his eyes glimmered as though he had a newfound awareness,
"I have fundamental Demon Rights!" he yelled causing everyone present to slap their forehead in pity for Night's stupidity.
"So is anyone APART FROM THE SUMMON going to explain?" Mr. Isaac asked yet again, "Yes oh brilliant and mighty teacher, I shall explain." Night said as he stepped forward,
"I distinctively said APART FROM THE SUMMON" Mr. Isaac commented, "My point exactly, I am not 'the summon', I am Night." Night responded with a sigh, he had the expression of a teacher trying to explain the simplest of concepts to a dull student which was hilarious,
'Just how does Dan deal with such a summon?' Mr. Isaac couldn't help but wonder, "You may explain" Mr. Isaac told Night, granting him the permission.
Dan and Kyle shot admonishing gazes at Night but he merely ignored them, "In truth, it is technically all Dan's fault." Night said with a sigh, he sounded as though what he was doing was necessary,
'So it wasn't the summons' fault but Dan's, how could this be' Now Mr. Isaac was more curious than ever, Night took in a deep breath.
Dan's heart was beating a mile a second, Night was about to reveal him, he could make him disappear but Mr. Isaac will suspect him even more, the only choice he had was to accept his fate,
"Dan Jenson, the seemingly normal boy is actually a....horrible person." Night concluded,
'Noooo!!!! Should I run? Wait did he just say I am a horrible person?' Dan thought, a bit relieved that Night was still as unpredictable as ever,
" 'Dan is a horrible person', is that how there is lava in the hallway?!!" Mr. Isaac yelled at Night,
"Don't yell at me!" Night retorted in a deep demonic voice, "And besides I'm not done" Night finished, "Dan won't allow me mate and I need to get it on. I need a female demon or a Male, I honestly don't care but for some reason, he would not let me and I got angry, yadiyadiya and there is lava in a hallway." Night explained causing the tips of Mr. Isaac's ears to go red,
"Oh what's this, little teacher wants to get it on? I have to warn, I bite" Night declared ever so casually to Mr. Isaac.
"Interesting, you are free to go" Mr. Isaac said as he gesticulated dismissal with his hand.
Kyle nodded respectfully at Dan before entering his room, Dan did the same walking down the hall and entering his room.
Upon entering, he laid on his bed,
Dan sighed, he didn't necessarily need the system to tell him his energy was low, he could tell with how tired and weak he felt, Night who had entered the room with Dan kept quiet but slowly disappeared as he didn't wish to disturb Dan.
"Let me take a little nap" Dan said out loud to himself before closing his eyes and sleeping off.
Dan opened his eyes only for him to discover it was morning and he wasn't the only one in the room, his roommates had returned, "Welcome back, thought you had died" Dan greeted his roommates and in response Mike formed a fireball over his hand, Gary seemed to have a small tornado in his and finally Tony seemed to have a green liquid hovering above his hand, "Things sure will be different. Let's show them all!" Dan yelled with passion in his heart.

Somewhere else in the academy, the possessed teacher moved naturally with the rest of the teachers, he or she appeared fine but had a cruel smile on his or her face for his or her time to shine will come soon enough.
