Tracy's eyes welled up with tears, her heart heavy with disbelief and a sense of abandonment as Egon abruptly left her for the second time. The fear of what might happen to him gnawed at her, filling her with a trembling uncertainty.
But in the midst of her despair, Freya stepped forward, offering a comforting presence. "I promise you, they won't lay a finger on him. I'll make sure of that," she reassured Tracy, her voice filled with determination. "But crying right now won't make things any better. I hope you don't mind coming to stay with me for a while," Freya added, her gaze shifting towards the devastated room upstairs.
Tracy nodded, her gratitude for Freya's words of comfort evident in her teary-eyed expression. "I don't know where my Dad went. If he was here, all this wouldn't have happened," Tracy cried out, her voice filled with a mix of sadness and frustration.
"Tracy, it's okay. Don't cry," Freya said soothingly, pulling Tracy close and gently kissing her forehead. "Your Dad and Egon are both safe," she assured her, her voice a balm to Tracy's wounded heart.
"Don't worry. Once we get to my house, you'll forget all about your troubles," Freya teased, her voice taking on a playful lilt. "I have all the toys you can imagine from Distant Land."
"Really?!" Tracy exclaimed, a glimmer of surprise and curiosity shining through her tears.
"Absolutely. Not only that, but you'll get to keep them all," Freya added, a warm smile gracing her lips.
Tracy's tears turned into laughter, and she eagerly embraced Freya. "Can you really provide all the toys in Distant Land?" Tracy asked, her voice tinged with a hint of disbelief.
"Of course. Let's not waste any more time," Freya replied, her smile unwavering. "I'll call my chauffeur, and he'll be here in two minutes. Today, I promise you, you'll love it."
"I can't wait!" Tracy exclaimed, her sadness quickly transforming into joy. Her eyes sparkled with excitement, a newfound hope blooming within her.
"Give me a sec," she added, pulling out her phone to make a call.
"Could you come to my location, please?" Freya spoke into the phone, talking to her chauffeur. "I'll be there right away, Ma'am," he responded.
"I think we should head downstairs now since he'll be here in a few minutes," Freya said, crouching down to pick up Tracy and carry her out of the destroyed room.
"Why are you carrying me? I'm not a baby!" Tracy laughed at Freya.
"You're my responsibility now, so you'll be my baby from now on," Freya replied with a grin.
Tracy felt grateful to have someone like Freya in her life. One might even mistake them for sisters.
Freya and Tracy left the apartment.
Tracy's house had a well-manicured garden, with a diverse selection of flowering bushes and shrubs that dotted the lawn.
The front porch had a grand entrance with a regal set of steps that led to the red-painted front door, and the windows were adorned with white curtains that swayed gently in the breeze.
Freya and Tracy walked a few meters away from the house. Suddenly, they heard the zooming noise of a car, which pulled up next to them. It was a pink hover car driven by Freya's chauffeur.
"Ma.. Sorry for the delay" he pleaded.
"No problem" Freya responded
Tracy was taken aback, its vibrant pink hue sparkled against the shimmering metallic body's sleek curves.
It was unlike any other vehicle, as it hovered over the ground, emitting a low hum of energy.
The driver's seat was elevated with a panoramic window, offering a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
As the car pulled to a stop, it gently lowered to the ground. The doors opened upward, scissor-style, to reveal the spacious interior, also in bright pink.
"Wow, Freya, is that your car?" Tracy asked, astonished by its beauty.
"Yes, it's mine. I can get you the mini version," Freya added, with a smile.
"I would love that," Tracy replied, her face beaming with excitement.
Freya continued, "My Dad bought me many exotic cars, but I rarely use them."
"Okay, let's get going, I can't wait to get into it," Tracy said happily as they both approached the car.
Suddenly, as they wanted to get into the car a violent explosion hit the vehicle, causing the car's door to be blown open, and Freya and Tracy were sent flying backward by the impact.
The car somersaulted multiple times before tumbling off the road, leaving a trail of fiery wreckage behind. Luckily, there were no other cars on the road that could have caused more destruction, which would have worsened the already catastrophic situation.
As the car exploded into a ball of fire,Freya and Tracy were sent flying backward by the impact, their bodies jolted with tremendous force. They felt weightless as they tumbled helplessly through the air, with a sense of disorientation taking hold of them.
The deafening roar of the explosion filled their eardrums as their bodies were propelled backward, and the sight of burning debris whizzing past them was a terrifying experience that would be engraved in their memories for life.
Despite the enormous impact that sent them hurtling backward. Tracy and Freya were lucky to have a strong body constitution and didn't sustain any injuries from the blast. As the pair landed unceremoniously on the hard ground, their bodies rolled and tumbled uncontrollably at a frightening pace due to the sheer velocity the explosion had hurled them.
Freya stood up from the ground with her eardrums hurt from the sound.
She was utterly shocked by the incident.
"Tracy were are you Freya shouted"
