Kevin was intercepted by Blaze when he attacked the monsters hoping to reduce their numbers.
Kevin thought about evading Blaze and attacking the monsters, but he could tell his opponent was not someone weak enough he could turn his back to.
So he stopped and faced him.
I have to take him down fast and get to the Prince. Kevin thought.
Kevin drew the longsword that hung on his waist, took his stance, all while he kept his gaze on Blaze.
On the other hand, Blaze watched his opponent with a calm and composed mind. He knew not to give in to the fear of a powerful opponent. This was the first time he was going to face a powerful Demon Realm soldier.
The Innate Realm was not easy to achieve but the Demon Realm was even harder. Most people go their whole life as in the Innate Realm of Power.
