As soon as i reached home i threw my bag on sofa and jumped on my bed still wearing my morning clothes. My mind and body were super tired, the house was silent, n one was there to give me water or something delicious to drink.
I sighed and pulled myself off from the bed and changed into my casuals. I walked in the kitchen and opened the refrigerator, the cold air flew outside the fridge as i took a packet of the chilled strawberry milk which i purchased few weeks ago but forgot to drink it.
yes!! I live alone here. My parents don't live with me.
I am Iris Jane, the one and only daughter of my parents. My mother and father both are genius, they are high level engineers or i'd say most professional engineers. You know where are they?
They are working as advanced engineers at 'samsung', south korea. hm!! the main branch. They have got a brilliant offer from korea, as if south korea NEEDS them. They offered my parents salary in millions, a penthouse, a better life.
BUT
they couldn't take me with them. They wanted me to study and graduate in America. I know they work hard for me, so i also want to do everything that'd make them proud.
My father transfers me thousands of money every month and sometimes he sends much money quietly so that i can go and shop for books, expensive dresses and parties. though i never use them because I'm too lazy for it.
nah!! its not like i don't spend my any money. I do but in food. My fridge is full of fruits, drinks, ice creams which i even forget to eat. My kitchen is filled with snacks, instant noodles, cookies and many stuff i don't even remember.
But i do miss my parents.....
I like being alone but sometimes i get bored cause i don't have anyone to talk at home.
about my old school? It surely was boring, there were no curricular activities, teachers keeps giving homework and never checked it. AND had a very lame uniform.
My old school was so neglectable towards studies. I did have many friends who i used to talk daily but it all changed when my parents decided to put me in a better school.
That's when they decided to send me to 'hayward school' for attending my high school years. I wasn't sad about it after seeing the school. So i decided to start my high school in a much better way.
Later a month after my admission, my parents flew to south Korea. They keep sending me parcels. That's why i have laptop, tablet, a better build pc and many things. but i don't use them much except my phone.
I took a family packet of minted chips from my kitchen and started watching some series.
I returned to my bed after completing the packet and washing the dishes which i left in the sink after breakfast.
After few minutes i fell asleep...
