Lu Yang closely followed the Ginseng Child, using a curious gaze to observe the lush herbs that surrounded them.
Sunlight slipped through the gaps in the leaves, casting speckled light onto Lu Yang's body.
Due to his reduced size, in Lu Yang's eyes, the herbs appeared as trees blocking the sunlight, towering over him.
Soon, Lu Yang and the Ginseng Child came across a rapid stream. It contained a natural, nourishing spirituality that was used to irrigate the herbs. The herbs in turn, purified a part of it, and it flowed back into the stream, thereby creating mutual benefits.
"This is the river protected by the River Spirit," the Ginseng Child explained.
Surrounding the Seek Dao Sect was a stream that sometimes flowed rapidly and sometimes slowly. Its source was an infinite, timeless spring.
This spring had a long history, even before the establishment of the Seek Dao Sect. It had been blessed by Heaven and Earth and acquired a hint of spiritual light.
