After the audience with her father , and getting news from the priest, Arian decided she needed to train more . She had to be even more powerful than she was right now so she could be of help to the empire , her father and so the hero
Arian stood in the center of the training hall , flickering with torches casting shadows across the stone walls .
She wore a simple tunic and trousers her long brown hair pulled back in a tight braid .
In her hand , she held a wand made of polished maple , it's tip glowing with magic .
Arian was practicing a complex spell which combined her two attributes water and fire it was supposed to be her innate skill but she had been unable to do it .
Her movements were precise and fluid she had been training for hours determined to master this particular skill .
Sweat glistened on her forehead, and her breathing was ragged but she refused to give up she had to grow stronger to able to face the demon troupes

Just as she was about to start again , the heavy doors of the training hall burst open , and three knights strode in .
Arian span around her wand at ready her heart pounding in her chest
" What's the meaning of this ?" She demanded her voice steady despite her unease
The leader of the knights Alric stepped forward his armor clanking as he moved
" Princess Arian , we have urgent news " he said his voice gruff " monster s have appeared in the market " he added
" What type of monsters ? Do they belong to the demons ? "
Asked Arian she had been preparing to face them to face them but she didn't think they will attack the Capital so early .
" Yes princess " replied Alric
" Inform my father while I gather my things I will take care of it " she said
Alric bowed and left the hall
Arian finally gathered what she needed she then turned and faced the knights left in the hall
" Let's go "
And they left for the market . Once in the market Arian easily defeated the monsters with the Knights they were only 2 of them .
Dark forest
Leonard was extremely tired after fighting the goblin so he lied down beside the stream
' since I have confirmed i am not on earth , i need to know where I am '
Leonard thought as he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep
While Leonard was sleeping a woman came out of the bushes and stood there observing him .
She had long blonde hair tied in a ponytail , pointed ears and blue eyes
' i have been observing him for days and did not even realize he was so handsome '
Thought the woman as she bend down to take a closer look at his face .
She had seen Leonard searching for food running into the wolves and killing one and how he fought with the goblin
' what strange clothes he is wearing '
Leonard was in a black jumpsuit which he wore for his walk in the forest this type of clothes did not exist in this world
The woman first started observing him because she found him strange in the first place plus humans rarely entered the dark forest
Feeling that he was being watched Leonard opened his eyes
" Who are you ? " He asked as he sat up bringing his spear closer to him
The woman noticed his actions and just smiled
" I am Ceana " she answered simply
" What are you ? " Leonard asked pointing her ears he could guess what she was but he needed confirmation
" I am an elf " Leonard just nodded at her reply she had just confirmed his doubt
" You are not from here right ? " She asked most humans in this world could identify an elf
" Yes I was summoned here by a goddess "
Ceana just nodded at his reply not wanting to talk about the gods
" What is this place ? " Leonard asked looking around as if showing he meant the forest
" The dark forest " came her short answer
" How do I get out of here ?
"You can't " she replied Leonard's expression fell at her response
She sighed looking and his sad expression
" Well you can't get out as you are right now are you awakened ? "
Ceana added his fallen expression was just too sad
" What is awakened ? " Leonard asked confused at her question he had now gained a little hope from what she had said but did not understand what she meant by being awakened .
" I forgot you are not from here " she sighed
" So do hear a strange voice in your head sometimes when you kill ? "
She asked to which Leonard just nodded
" Okay so you are awakened try thinking status window "
Leonard did as she said and Infront of his eyes appeared like the status window in a game
