Neighbor's Apartment 1:
"Dear, please wake up. I have been hearing Yuhwen crying ever since." Mr Peter's wife cried out.
"Mummy Vic, please can you allow me a good sleep please. I have a hectic day ahead. I need proper rest. Please allow me to sleep." He responded angrily with his face facing her while his body ignored.
"No dear, I wish not to disturb you, but she has been crying since and it looks as if she is in danger with her mother." she explained.
"What kind of danger?" Mr peter sat erect and asked with an angry face.
"You are acting as if you don't know what goes on there every night. Is this the first time Yuhwen or what's that her name again, will be crying?
Is either she and Tony are having bed time and have ignored the poor girl or she is probably beating her in the middle of the night. Or even more maybe, she has brought in another man to bed." He yelled.
"Ah, ah, Daddy Vic. That's too harsh na. Why are you talking about Pkadoo in such a manner. I only know of Tony that do come in there on rare occasions. Besides, the last he visited is over a month ago."
"Then let Tony, the ghost father of Yuhwen check on her. I am here with my daughter. If Vic is crying, call my attention. Please I want to sleep." He angrily replied and fell back to continue his sleep.
"Jesus Christ!" She exclaimed.
"He can be so hard to crack. I just hope the poor child is safe." She said referring to Yuhwen.
She wanted to go out against her husband's wish, to check on them, but it was a gross night with total darkness encompassing the terrain.
The wind blew heavily and soon, Yuhwen's endless cry fainted in it as the sounds of nature running for safety from the torrential rain covers in.
What more was she going to do, in such a condition?
She just muttered a word of prayer and committed the two into God's hand for safety, meanwhile she tried catching some sleep herself.

Neighbor's Apartment 2:
"No, no, please no!"
Chinenye, a next door neighbor of Pkadoo struggled in her dream.
She was standing on the highway, waiting for a car to convey her downtown so she could report for work.
All of a sudden, darkness fell and mixed with the rays of the early morning sun with gloom.
She couldn't differentiate whether it was day or night as the whether frowned at her.
No car was coming. Everywhere silent, with only the scary sound of crickets and toads.
The high way was quiet, more quiet than the gravest of grave yards.
Whether to turn back or wait some more, she couldn't figure out the right thing to do, so she waited as her body danced in great fear and the skin on her flesh dangled in terror.
Shortly, she heard the motioning of the wind which approached from a distance.
As the sound came closer, she could envision darkness that formed perfectly into a cloud of a spirit which had in its hand a sledge.
Behind the cloud was spirits conveying a casket that appeared to be so disgusting.
Without saying a word to her, the spirits passed by her and everywhere went silent again.
"Wait, I want a lift. Where are you heading to?" She cried out.
One of them returned with an answer; "We have a corpse reported to us in hell."
"But who are you?" She asked.
"I am the undertaker of hell. These (he pointed at the spirits) are my ambulance. We must have to report the corpse back to hell in a hurry." He answered and flew off.
Moment later, they returned. This time around conveying the corpse of Pkadoo. She was dead with wool in her nose.
"Wait, that is Pkadoo. Where are you taking her to?" She asked, but the spirits only looked at her with a gross silence.
When she asked for the second time, the spirit returned back to her and covered her head with a hood.
In her struggle to pull it out of her face, she woke up and realized it was a dream.
She became so scared that she hugged her pillow rightly.
Thinking about the terrible nightmare, she heard Yuhwen crying and calling out to her mother to wake up.
"Wake up?" She asked, trying to examine the phrase.
"What must have happened to Kpadoo for God's sake?" She questioned herself and stood up Immediately.
She picked her phone and tried calling, but her phone rang to no one's response.
"I am afraid. Why am I afraid. Something is wrong somewhere. Please Pkadoo pick your call." She spoke, dialing her number again.
When she saw that there wasn't any response, she decided to check, but the wind and heavy downpour wasn't granting access.
Without nothing to do, she resorted to praying for her.

Early morning, the much disturbed neighbors who were anxiously waiting to interrogate Kpadoo waited in vain.
As everyone got busy for work, there was no sign of her.
Her door was firmly locked within as attempts to check on her proved abortive.
Usually, she could be seen early morning preparing Yuhwen for school and battling to overcome her non-chalantness and lack of desire to go to school.
Hard-hearted neighbors cared not, but Mrs Peter, mommy Victoria was worried as she checked into the apartment of Chinenye and shared her worries with her.
Chinenye on the other hand told her also the nightmare she saw about her and how efforts to make her pick her call yielded no result.
"I think something has gone wrong Chinenye. My greatest fear is that her line isn't reachable again. I think I should call on my husband to see what could be done." She suggested and left for her apartment.
"Daddy Vic, I think I am worried about Pkadoo. It's unusual of her to be silent this way. We need to check on her." She pleaded.
"Woman, didn't I hear you telling queen outside that her door is locked within? I don't just know why you are worried about someone who could probably be having her rest without wishing to be disturbed." He queried.
"Dear, have some human feeling for once. I don't know why you despise her so much but she is in trouble and in need of our help." She responded back angrily.
"Okay, okay fine. So now, tell me exactly what I am supposed to do. Her number is not going. Her door is locked. None of us have Tony's number.
I don't know why you are acting as if you don't know Victoria.
For God's sake she must have smoked and drunk her way to stupor."
"This is unlike her. I know of all that, but I have this strange feeling that a human being is in danger in there." She answered.
"I said you should tell me what to do. If there is nothing, I am running late for work." He said adjusting his tie.
"Call the landlord. If it is to break down the door, let's do that." She suggested and Mr Peter frowned.
He paused a bit and phoned the landlord, informing him of the circumstance.
Without much interrogation, the landlord gave him his permission to break down the door if necessary, so as to find out what was the issue with her.
Angrily, he changed into a shabby wear and went out to get the attention of some young men in the compound so they could break down the door.
The idea to break down the entire door didn't go well with one who suggested that instead, the window should be accessed and thereafter the door could be unlocked within.
The idea went well with others and they broke through the window for Mr Peter who went in.
Few seconds later, he opened the door with a gloomy face.
"Pkadoo is dead!" He broke the news as everyone shouted and rushed in.
He went back in and carried Yuhwen on his shoulder in a pool of his mother's blood and handed her over to his wife, Mrs Peter.
"Ah!"
"I said it, that something was wrong." She exclaimed.
The landlord's attention was called upon.
Soon, he arrived to watch for himself what had happened.
He went in and inspected her body;
"Please, let's rush her to the hospital. Her body is still warm. The pills she has taken hasn't eaten her completely. There could be a hope of saving her life." He informed.
"Peter and his fellow neighbors rushed and conveyed her body to the landlord's car who drove her straight to the hospital.
"She has indeed gone through a lot. But it wasn't enough to take her precious soul." He said bitterly.
"I would have done something earlier, but I didn't listen to my wife who was bothered about Yuhwen's persistent cry." Mr Peter responded.
"I have a strong believe she will be fine. But I am also surprise that her body isn't cold and stiff. With the packs of drugs by her, that is enough to slay her in seconds."
The two spoke on as Mrs Peter and a male neighbor sat behind with her body on them.
