Ash appeared in a large office adorned with pictures of different dragon Pokemon, dragons being in heavy quotation marks since although there were Dragonites, and Garchomps, and Salamences. There were also a few 'dragon' Pokemon like Charizard, and Gyarados, etc.
That being said at the end of the room was a desk with a familiar pink-haired man, Champion Lance.
Alakazam went over to a corner and Abra seemed keen on going to talk to it, so Ash let her out from his jacket to go torture another Pokemon.
Part of Ash was really hoping that this wasn't a twist where manga Lance would take over, but that thought was quickly dispersed when Lance gave him a warm smile.
"Hello, Ash was it? I must say you've got quite the record, going for you," Lance said, "As far as I know you haven't lost any battles since you started your journey, you also won on the S.S. Anne tournament and received that egg, though I'm sure it hasn't hatched yet I'm sure you can guess what it is."
"Thanks," Ash said, smiling on the inside, "But I have lost before, it's just all my losses were either in unregistered battles or I was just having a friendly spar, I'm not that impressive."
"You don't have to be so humble, especially after using 'that' Pokemon in the Fuchsia gym, I can't say I expected an Annihilape all the way out here in Kanto."
"So you know about him huh, well whatever, not like I was trying to hide it," Ash said, shrugging his arms as Pikachu walked over and jumped inside Ash's bag to sleep.
"Well, as much as I would love to ask how you managed to get an Annihilape, I'm sure that you already made a deal with the professor so I'll just ask," Lance said waving his hand
"The professor said you have something you think I want, and frankly I am very curious so…."
"Hmm, yeah I suppose I should have told you, honestly if I heard myself I would have probably sent myself away." Ash shrugged, "Do you have a PC I can use?"
Lance raised his eyebrow but obliged as he pointed behind his desk, "You can use this one."
"Alright," Ash said as he put in his information to access his PC, also thinking to himself, 'Shame I didn't bring Porygon,'
As he brought up his account there were 4 Aerodactyls, one being significantly bigger and 1 being a girl, with the others including the big one being guys.
Lance looked surprised but less about seeing them and more about Ash having them, "is this it? I admit having them is quite impressive but even if I have one of my own, I don't see how you would think I would want them. Where did you even get them revived?"
Ash's smile grew, "That's the thing, I didn't."
That seemed to get Lance's attention so he continued, "I'm sure you know the revival process isn't perfect and it causes the Pokemon to lose DNA, and that means they can't breed."
"You don't mean..."
"Yes, I didn't revive these, I found them, along with a lot of other ones, but I figured you would only want these," Ash said.
"I-if this is true then-" Lance said before coughing in his hand and composing himself, "Do you have any way to validate this."
"Of Course I do," Ash smiled and Pulled out his dex to call up Bill, of course, Ash told Bill he would call him to validate his findings, but he didn't tell him everything obviously, only that he was going to 'share his findings with Lance'.
After a few rings, Bill picked up, "Hey Ash what can I do you for?"
"Yo Bill, I'm here with Lance and he wants you to validate our findings," Ash said casually causing Lance to be shocked.
"Of course, Champion Lance, Ash has found an underground system filled with living fossil Pokemon, this could be revolutionary. I'm already working on a report and Ash is playing a big part in it, I can send you a report in a few days if you'd like." Bill responded.
"Err, no that's quite alright, I'll wait for it to be announced to the public," Lance said still surprised.
"OK suit yourself, I need to get back to finding proper breeders that are willing to prepare a breeding program."
"Ight, thanks my dude, I'll take it from here, I'll talk to you later," Ash said as he hung up.
"Well~ (≖ω≖)" Ash said looking at the shocked Lance.
Lance coughed in his hand and looked at Ash seriously, "Very well you convinced me, I want to buy all of them, I'll give you 100 million for the 3, and 1 billion for the largest, I will even throw in an Egg directly from my clan of your choosing."
Ash almost choked, he knew Lance would probably want them but not this bad, a regular Dratini egg from a Breeder could go for about 1 million, and one from Lance's family could go for 10 million on the low end.
Ash coughed and thought this was a test, "Don't you need some kind of test."
"No need, if Bill and Oak trust you enough to entrust you with this then I'll trust you as well, so do we have a deal, my family could get you any Dragon type except a Gible,"
Ash almost agreed on instinct, but took a breath and composed himself, "No, I have a counteroffer."
Lance looked amused, "Alright then shoot."
"Simple, I will give you all 4 of them for a total of 100 million," Ash said
Lance was completely taken aback, compared to what he offered before he might as well be robbing Ash so he squinted his eyes, "What's the catch?"
"It's quite simple, in exchange I want a cut of every Aerodactyl egg you sell, and I want one of the eggs from the big one," Ash said
The thing is having a Aerodactyl is rare, but having one specially bred with no drawbacks is unheard of, by Ash's estimate depending on how they are bred the value could easily get to 50 million each. Sure over time the price may go down but they would still probably be over 10 million at the absolute least.
Lance rubbed his chin, obviously, Ash would be the one that would benefit the most from this, but the opportunity to have a full-power Aerodactyl was too tempting, "I suppose I could make that work, how about 7."
"I wasn't born this morning, 18 will be just fine."
Lance felt like he got punched in the stomach, "Why don't you just rob me at this point!"
"Alright 15"
"I'll do 8"
"12"
"Maybe 9"
"10," they both said in unison.
Ash smiled and Lance realized he had played, "Not bad, alright deal."
"Perfect, by the way, I want to add 2 conditions, it's nothing major just for my sake."
"Fine, let's hear them first."
"First I want this to be kept a secret, I don't want people finding out I'm the one who got you the Aerodactyl, if you need to give them a name then use Professor Fraxinus."
Lance nodded, "Done, this doesn't leave this room, what about the other."
Ash gave one final smile as he held his hand out for a shake, "I want to do more business with your clan in the future."
Lance smiled and actually burst out laughing as he returned the handshake, "You really are a special case, alright let's get along in the future."
With that Ash took out the Aerodactyl and transferred them to Lance.
"I'll send over the money to your account, do you have any preference on who Aerodactyl is bred with?" Lance asked
"I trust you, I don't think you'll give me a low-quality Aerodactyl, besides I'm sure you already have an idea," Ash said and Lance smiled and nodded.
"Cool, I'm going back, I have a gym battle in a few days. I need to get trained up." Ash said as he grabbed onto Alakazam.
"Alright, good luck," Lance said as Ash and Alakazam disappeared.

Ash was dropped back in town and met up with the guys, who were having a very intellectual conversation that they dragged Ash into.
"What is your preference?"
"Who the heck starts a conversation like that I just sat down, also I'm not falling into this one, you can do this yourself I'm sitting this one out."
"Come on dude, you can't tell me you don't have a preference," Samurai said, jabbing an elbow into Ash's side.
"No I do have one, it's just I'm not going to tell you what it is," Ash said bluntly.
"You have to in the name of the Bro code!" A.J. yelled
Ash looked at A.J. "Don't you use that name in vain."
"If we must become a traitor to the order then so be it!" Samurai yelled.
"What will the Council think!" Ash yelled
"The Council is full of fools who have weakened the overall progress of the crusade!"
"You mustn't say that," Brock said, "You know what the Guyble says about offending the Council!"
"What are you guys doing," the sound of Jeanette's voice rang from behind them, when they looked back they saw both Jeanette and Misty standing there with shopping bags.
"Oh…you're both here, how long have you been there?" A.J. asked.
"Enough to find you guys talking about something stupid," Misty said, rolling her eyes, "How did this even start?"
"Don't worry about it." x 4, the guys said in unison

After a while Ash and co went their separate ways and he went back to the mansion to check in with Yellow.
As he walked in the first thing he saw was Yellow sitting on Sabrina's lap, Yellow's hands were glowing a light color as 3 spoons were floating around them.
As soon as they noticed him walking in Yellow happily greeted him, "Hey Ash, look at what Sabrina taught me to do!"
She made the spoons spin around and slowly approached him, "Wow, that's pretty cool."
"Indeed," Sabrina said, "It is unprecedented on how fast she learned it, it took me a year before I could do more than 1 spoon at a time,"
"Well, that's fun, hey can you do something about Sleepy pants here," Ash said as he pointed to his bag.
"Ohhh, I can try," Yellow said happily as she put her hands together and closed her eyes.
Then Pikachu's tail came out of the bag followed by Pikachu himself who was hugging a bottle of ketchup.
Chuchu climbed off of Yellow's lap and climbed Ash to get to his shoulder and got close to the floating Pikachu, Pikachu looked at Chuchu and pointed the bottle of ketchup towards her.
Chuchu took one sniff and then turned away, making Pikachu feel like he was turned to stone.
Ash grabbed Chuchu and put her back down near Yellow and grabbed Pikachu out of the air when he noticed Yellow getting tired.
"Well, as fun as that is, I need to go call someone so I'll excuse myself first," Ash said as he put Pikachu under his arm and walked to the other room. With Yellow waving and Sabrina giving a small wave as well.

Candela was tied up in metal handcuffs, she was trying to get some kind of feeling from Moltres but no luck.
"Come on, work, work," Candela said as she snapped her finger but nothing happened.
"Don't bother with that," a tough voice said, as she looked up she saw Cliff and Sierra.
"Yes, the final embers that connected you with Moltres are gone, but don't worry your friends are next," Sierra said as she got close to Candela
Candela spit on the ground, "What do you want?"
"Oh we're just here to make sure your friends know where to find you, you see they've been looking for you, and yet they aren't even close, can you believe they think we're in the Sevii Islands."
"If you think you're getting away with this you're wrong, We'll stop you just like we always have."
"Ohh, here we go with the hero complex," Sierra said as she turned to Cliff, "You got it from here?"
"Yeah I got it, you should go check on the kid though, I think he still can't feel his arm."
"Alright, try not to punch her though, the last thing we need is for them to come in guns blazing," Sierra said as she walked out of the room.

Blanche was considered a prodigy, Blanche was actually the first person Professor Willow chose to join his research squad. As such Blanche had a reputation to uphold, yet despite Blanche's cold demeanor, Blanche truly came to care about Spark and Candela. Which just made Blanche more invested in finding her.
Just as Blanche was looking through any recordings to see if there was anything, a message appeared on Blanche's computer saying nothing but the words, 'We win'
Blanche had half a mind to just delete the message but something told Blanche not to, so Blanche opened it and there was a picture of Candela chand to the wall with the caption, "Come find me Pwesssh." and coordinates to a location far from where they had been looking.
Blanche immediately called Spark who also answered immediately, "Spark, did you receive a message as well?"
"Yeah, did you get the same thing, a picture and some directions?"
"I received coordinates," Blanche answered, "We don't have time to waste, we need to call on 'them'"
Spark was immediately taken aback, "W-what, Blanche, what are you doing? You're the smart one, I'm the reckless one. Why are you acting like this? Shouldn't we show each other what we have just in case we're getting tricked?"
"There's no time, we need to move and they are the fastest way to be with them, I'm hanging up now," Blanche said
"Wait Blanche do-" Spark was cut off.
It was clear that at the moment Blanche wasn't thinking straight, but at the moment Blanche didn't care, Blanche's hand started glowing reveling a frostbite pattern in the shape of Ice on the palm.
A breeze of cold air circled around Blanche's body as it formed into a being in front, then standing and looking down at Blanche was Articuno.
Blanche rubbed its head, "We need to go quickly."
Articuno nodded and let Blanche climb on top, then they flew away.
Back on the island, Spark watched Blanche and Articuno fly away quickly, he might not be the smartest but he knew that Blanche would probably choose the shortest way to get to the destination, and that was a completely different direction than the one he got, meaning whoever sent those messages wants to separate them.
Spark clenched his fist as he pulled out his phone and dialed a number, "There's no time to explain, I need you to track down Blanche and Articuno."
