~ The Heavenly Beginning Great Restriction ~
Cang the last of the 10 great experts from ancient times sat in a relative calm. As calm as he could be anyway. He was responsible for keeping the single most powerful evil sealed away. Then it all changed, that evil he had been guarding the world from… Woke up from its nap in a bit of a fit.
"DAMN IT! HOW DID THEY FIX THAT!!!!" Ink roared angrily from inside the great restriction.
Cang, eyes widened after dealing with the intense blowback from Ink's awakening. Such a powerful pressure, even while on guard against it, would render anyone below Ink dazed for a split moment. He then shook it off and re-composed himself. "What do you mean by, they fixed it?" He asked, trying to remain calm as he kept the restriction together.
"That special furnace you humans have. My subordinates had weakened its power a considerable amount when they destroyed the Great Evolution or whatever." Ink answered, grinding his teeth, physically and metaphorically.
"Hmm, I see… My friend did mention it at some point. I believe that Furnace was meant to be the greatest weapon against you. If only through an indirect manner. But didn't you use a Royal Lord's entire essence to seal that power?" Cang asked, curiously. "If that's the case it would take no less than 2 9th ranks to accomplish." He mentioned.
"It was done by a lone person. I didn't get a good look at him. But I felt his power rivaled the very peak of your open heaven realm. And it was a rather stormy fight." Ink growled thinking of what to do next.
Cang did his best to hide his surprise at hearing the word stormy… And then the word rivaled… "Do you mean to say that, it was done by a lone individual and they had yet to break through to the open heaven realm?" He asked.
"And why should I tell you that?!" Ink yelled in response. "I've got to find a way… something… anything… I think a Giant Spirit God may be enough to deal with this issue. Where is that weak point…" Ink murmured.
"Hey, don't go thinking you're going to break out of this restriction while I'm still alive!" Cang sternly replied, already prepared to begin the fight he was deeply dreading.
"Oh fine! Relax you lying scammer!" Ink growled. "I won't try it, not yet…" He said in a smug tone, as if to indicate that Cang couldn't do anything.

"Good, there are still many of you left. Some new faces… Huh, oh well. Send scouts out through the battlefield and find if there are any of my copies left. If there are, I'll be sending out a copy of my soul to reactivate the clone." Ink ordered, and all of the Royal Lord's bowed and left, understanding the importance of this matter. All except for one…
"Supreme Master, I have an odd report I received from my subordinates." The Royal Lord started, his figure indicative of his title, the Evil Royal Lord.
"It must be terribly interesting if it's enough to stop you from following my direct orders immediately." Ink said, low and slow, carrying the weight of what it would mean for him to be overly pissed.
"Yes, Supreme Master. From one of our attacks on a human race's scouting crew, we captured and converted the survivors to Ink Disciples. And what they told us was… bad news. Apparently there is a lowly emperor realm with the strength to match high rank ink clansmen." The Evil Royal Lord mentioned.
"That… Is really not good. It might have been him… Find that clone body of mine and fast. Don't fight anymore major battles. And insist upon the breakthrough of as many Royal Lords as possible." Ink ordered, which allowed the Territory Lords that remained to carry the amended orders to the other Royal Lords at once. And once he was alone… "If that report is true, he might actually pose a threat to me in the future. I have to kill him, the sooner the better." He murmured. "For now though, I'll wait and grow my strength for a single push for me to break free of this cursed prison." He smirked wildly.

Cang, being at the very summit of the open heaven realm, perhaps even a slight bit beyond it… His senses were screaming with every passing moment. The sense of dread was overwhelming one moment and then flipped to the overwhelming sense of hope. "I ought to be careful not to lose my mind with these changes." He murmured in what could hardly even be called a dull whisper.
"What was that?" Ink verbally jabbed, having picked up on the ultra soft spoken words. "It would be hard for you to hide anything from me." He cackled.
Cang simply glared daggers at Ink, putting on a facade or venire of absolute confidence. Then ignored the comments ink made. Proving to be a fantastic approach as he managed to find a jar of wine he had been lucky enough to find. Though on inspection of it, he thought it was odd how it appeared there, attributing it to his extremely old age, he drank it. "AH! Now that's the good stuff. A shame this is the last jar I have… Oh," He said, as his memory of the jar returned. "This was meant to be shared as the victory toast with the 10 of us… My, how things have changed." He lamented for a brief moment, glancing at the empty spaces around a table.
"That's right, they are all dead and gone. Traitors all of them! One in particular being the worst among them… Mu. How dare she trick me like that!!!!" Ink shouted in a heartbroken agony.
"Shut up, you're the one who couldn't control his power. You were the danger to everything we fought for. We couldn't kill you, nor seal you back in your original home. None of us were strong enough to push you in any direction." Cang snapped back. "But what's worse is you tormented Sister Mu with your mere existence. The pain she felt every time, looking at this vile creature walking around in the form of her dead little brother! You're the only villain here. And one day the light will put you back in your place!" He continued his tirade, rightfully so too.
