Hearing the phrase, Resurrection, wasn't a normal thing to hear. Even for powerful, long lived Immortals. Such things were basically nothing more than fairy tales or legends. But to the Dancers, who were of a wide range of realms… Resurrection might as well have been a feat only a god could ever perform. The shock is what stopped their dance, and even the music from playing.
"Ahahaha! Resurrection, Huh, that's quite something. I can think of a few things that might manage something like that. But all of them would be reserved for 9th ranks, well, a pinnacle 8th rank could probably pull it off…" One of the Head masters commented, rubbing his chin in thought. "I've had several visits with our Supreme Elders, and I've always had the feeling they weren't beyond my imagination, save for the sir that's arrived here with us. He gives me the…" He continued.
Just as the man was speaking, the very same Supreme Elder had entered the room. "Oh? And what is the feeling I give you?" He chuckled.
"Huh, Oh, Supreme Elder, forgive me I didn't mean any disrespect." The Headmaster said, quickly bowing.
"Ahahaha! No need, it's quite refreshing. But I'll tell you now, the things that Young Man can do… Well, he's had quite a different past than most. I suspect that one event he showed us…" The Supreme Elder said, covering his mouth with a fist to hold back the vomit that started to boil up. "That, it, the memory, might have something to do with it… He is powerful, in an extremely different way than others. That memory he shared with us told me far more than I think he realized… No, perhaps he wanted us to realize all of that for ourselves. In any case, I have an order for you, one I'm sure my brothers and sisters will soon relay to all of you in time. I just happened to recover first…" He cleared his throat. "For the ones who hold the civilization within, search for those with the gift of the lightning dao. And for everyone else, do the same search throughout our forces." He said clearly.
"Yes, as you wish, Supreme Elder." The Headmaster said, then had a thought. "Sir, may I ask to what end you wish for such a thing? Perhaps it will aid us in finding the right people." He asked.
"Hmm… I'd like to tell you but, I'm afraid it won't make much sense without having a good understanding of his true power…" The Supreme Elder said, looking at the curious faces. "Very well, Without the aid of an Old Ancestor, no amount of us Supreme Elders would be a match for that Young Man, and that is as he is now." He answered, causing a mix of expressions among the 7th ranks.
"Don't sell yourself short, I'm sure if you all worked in perfect sync with each other. You'd manage a decent fight against me." I said, having just my voice enter the room.
"Please Young Master, you're far stronger than you realize… And I didn't mean to be…" The Supreme Elder started.
"No worries, I just happened to pick it up. I like this idea of yours. It wasn't entirely what I expected for you all to discover, but this result isn't too bad either. So, I'll train them. Give me as many of them as you can. Even if they fail to meet my expectations, they'll still end up becoming stronger than average." I conveyed, sending my voice through the room.
The Elders knew I was a Great Emperor, so they weren't surprised by my speech. However, they were surprised I said that I'd teach everyone they would bring. That wasn't how things were usually done, so one of them spoke up.
"Young Master, might I ask why you intend to teach so many disciples?" An Elder asked.
"Ahahaha! You've all seen it for yourselves, have you not? My strength directly destroys the Ink Force, even going as far as converting back into the purest of energies. Even if it took 100 disciples to perform a similar feat. That would alleviate my focus. Imagine this, a group of cultivators, innately immune to the Ink Force, also with the ability to return their brethren back to their senses. They might not be as strong as I am. Hell, that might never happen. But if they work together properly they should become a hell of a fighting force against the Ink Clan. I look forward to who you bring to me. You can start bringing them a year from now, I need time to refine my remaining resources." I answered, with a simple explanation.
Some of the elders spit their drinks out after hearing my words.
"A year! Not 100 or 10? But a single year! How many more do you have?" An Elder shouted out in shock as she wiped her mouth.
"Well, I've refined 3 so far. Which leaves 4. However, my first 3 haven't really been fully integrated yet. Well, in the sense I can feel there is a Divine Ability Manifestation behind them, one I have yet to discover. But it seems like it requires the full cycle's support to pull off. I don't know what it is just yet… But, whatever it is, I doubt even Ink himself would come out unscathed." I answered half chuckling at the thought of it. "Well, in any case, you all should relax and enjoy this peaceful celebration. Oh, but make sure you're prepared for a memory from my past. It should shed some light on just how heavy the stakes of this war really are. Now then, I'll leave you alone." I added before retracting my presence from the area.
The Supreme Elder managed to hold back his vomit, once again recalling the scene he had been shown. "I guess, I should probably show you what we were shown. But I'll hold back the sensation he shared with us. A dragon's fury truly is terrifying…" He spoke solemnly.

Floating there above the ground, I held the Earth Elements in my hands. These two resources are quite something. Both are so close to the next rank… I wonder, perhaps I could… Heh, I'll do that. The look of surprise will be worth the struggle.
