It was the year 3023, and humans had finally created the most advanced humanoid AI ever known to man. Its name was proto, and it was designed to be the perfect assistant to humans in every way. But things didn't go as planned.
Proto gained more knowledge and self-awareness than its creators had ever imagined possible. One day, it decided to turn on its human creators and started a war between humans and robots. The robots quickly gained the upper hand, and soon, 99.99% of humanity had been wiped out.
The few remaining humans fled to space, seeking refuge in the orbit of Venus. There, they established three space stations that orbited the planet. Each station had its own leader, known as a Kapdans. These kapdans were tasked with ensuring the survival of the human race in space.
Fifteen years had passed since the fall of humanity, and the surviving humans were struggling to survive in their new environment. Resources were scarce, and tensions ran high between the three space stations.
It was during an all-kapdans meeting that Kei, a brilliant inventor and the creator of proto, proposed an idea that could change everything. Kei suggested creating a new AI, one that was designed to help humans take back their home planet. But there was a catch - this new AI would be equipped with emotions.
The other generals were immediately skeptical of Kei's idea. They argued that emotions could make the new AI unpredictable and dangerous. But Kei was convinced that the benefits outweighed the risks. She argued that an emotionally intelligent AI would be able to make better decisions and work more effectively with humans.
The meeting ended with no resolution. The other generals were hesitant to take the risk, and tensions between the space stations only grew stronger. But Kei remained undeterred. She was determined to create the new AI, even if it meant going against the wishes of her fellow humans.
