My eyes widened as I stared blankly in disbelief. I tried my best to process what happened in front of me. Did I see things wrong? Or was I just imagining things? Did she just....? What the fuck?
My mind was a complete mess as my brain kept replaying the same exact scene before my very own eyes over and over again. The high priest didn't get a chance to scream. He was instantly decapitated.
Rhea then picked up his head, staring coldly at it and dropped it. She lifted her left feet and stomped down on the head mercilessly, crushing it into pieces. Blood and brains splattered everywhere. A large amount of blood splashed onto the ground. She looked down at the mess of blood with pure satisfaction.
She was enjoying herself immensely that when she turned back to look at me, there was a crazed and twisted smile plastered on her face. There seemed to be no trace of humanity in her eyes, it was like they were completely void of any emotions or thoughts. Her expression completely contrasted from her usual innocent and adorable appearance.
She began walking towards me slowly, her twisted smile never leaving her lips. "I have dispose of that despicable pest for you master!" She declared proudly.
"Yeah I can see that..." I muttered.
"Master, praise me! Praise me! Praise me!" Rhea secretly begged, desperately wanting to hear the praises she craved from her beloved master, or something more than just praises...
"I think this is fine I guess, I hate that bastard anyway" I thought to myself.
Now then there's two of them left. So how should I deal with them now that we've successfully dealt with their so called high priest.
"You did well Rhea, I knew that you wouldn't disappoint me, very good" I praised her, placing my hand gently on top of her head as I gazed into her beautiful blue eyes affectionately.
"Yesh master~" Rhea replied ecstatically "Ahhh Master is staring at me so intensely...!" She purred excitedly.
As I was having a moment with Rhea, I heard a hysterical scream coming from somewhere behind me. I immediately turned around and found that the two priestesses were having a mental breakdown, with both of them frantically screaming at each other in panic over the dead of their so-called high priest.
They were clearly distraught about him being killed. They were literally throwing themselves over his corpse, crying hysterically while they continued to sob uncontrollably.
"Are they this crazy?" I can't help but asked myself They were definitely a pair of lunatics for sure. Both of them look absolutely insane. They're definitely mentally unstable! I was starting to become slightly uncomfortable with their behaviour but then suddenly...
"Ohh god !!! Please please save me!!!!!" One of them yelled, looking at us pleadingly with tears streaming down her face. "Please I beg you! I swear that I will never do anything like this again please I don't want to die!!!!!!" She cried.
"What the hell!?" I exclaimed as I looked at her confusedly.
"I am begging you!!!!" The other priestess screamed as well, bawling her eyes out.
"I have been doing everything to please our Lord!! Please spare my life!!! Please Lady Lilithia!"
"Huh...? What are you guys talking about?!" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion. It seemed that neither of them were capable of thinking straight and acting calmly.
In the next instant, they both collapsed to the ground. They remained unconscious after falling to the floor. A few seconds later they both began to twitch uncontrollably. Their bodies shook violently as if they were possessed by demons.
I watched in shock and horror as their limbs and heads began turning black and decaying, their flesh dissolving into ashes which blew away and floated into the sky.
Their entire bodies began transforming into dust before my very eyes.
"Truly a beautiful sight to see" Rhea whispered to herself as she smiled happily. "A fitting end for pathetic creatures who dare to threaten my master." She chuckled in delight, not realizing that I heard what she said.
