I remembered there was a library right across the street. So wrapped my hair in a ponytail, put on my glasses and headed down to the library. As soon as I opened the doors I felt as though I entered heaven once again. The library was my most favourite place in this cursed town. I was so excited that I almost forgot to check in at the counter.
I got a hold of myself and rushed to the counter, to my surprise there was no one there. I saw a bell and rang it way too many times. That's when I heard a man rushing down the hallway. He was tall,had messy brown hair….and was in his night suit? Did he sleep here?
He saw the confusion on my face and answered
''Yes I slept here, it's not that I'm homeless, I just like it here''
''Right..'' I said in confusion
He looked at my face as though he was examining it thoroughly and literally screamed at my face
''JIA?''
It took me a while to remember him… but as soon as he put his glasses on and fixed his hair I remembered him, how could I not.
''Wait ALEX?''
"No way how have you been? I mean after the accident we never met, I always wondered what happened to you" I said feeling a little guilty
"Well I've just been here…travelled a few times but eventually always ended up here. I just can't leave, this town loves me too much" he said
I smiled
"Your still beautiful as you were " he said
I swear my whole face turned red!
I looked into his eyes, he looked into mine…..and we were basically just starting at each other until someone interrupted us.
"Hey we have a customer Alex, wake up-wait no way JIAA??" A voice said
I turned around and to my surprise it was MY HIGHSCHOOL TEACHER. I know your surprised I'm so happy seeing my highschool teacher. But Ms.Amber was basically like my mom.
Let me introduce you to Ms.Amber. The best teacher anyone could have. I would always go to her house after school and that's how Alex and I got so close… because Ms.Amber is Alex's mom.
