It could be said that those under Terrance were not treated too well by him and were often taken advantage of until they were no longer useful.
If they were no longer useful or caused problems for Terrance then he was more than willing to cut them loose or make them bear the poor fate he was supposed to have a part in taking.
There were a lot of people who knew how the actions of their subordinates would always be their responsibility too but Terrance was not that type of person.
