Adrian sullenly walked over to his bed, hiding his head under the covers to hide his face in an attempt to not show that her words had hurt his feelings.
Not remembering that all viewers could see him through true sight making all attempts to hide useless.
Laying there Adrian attempted to sleep away his misery.

Watching the scene, all parties involved felt awkward and depressed.

Meanwhile in the multiversal battleground…
Under the sky of galaxies, Demon sat by the pond watching Adrian, as he slightly sniffled reliving his past experience on the island.
"I understand man… it gets lonely. Can't say I didn't go full Hom Tanks." Demon sighed half seriously
When suddenly Seal appeared saying, "Wasn't your Wilson just a pet rock you lugged around though."
"Shut up, don't disrespect Rocky, like that." Demon sharply responded before jumping up vigilantly and staring at Seal
Seeing Demon overreact to her presence Seal snidely said, "This is why YOU let them watch last time."
"Hey, she yelled at both of us. You were part of it too." Demon quickly added
Suddenly a tall curvaceous woman appeared prompting Seal and Demon to immediately straighten up upon seeing her.
Quickly Seal said, "Hear me out, before you start I invited the readers here and stopped Nexus."
The alluring woman replied in a seductive tone, "I know we need to address our rude interference in their [story] that the Author put on for them."
Mumbling Seal added, "...You mean the story I allowed to restart to begin with…"
Rolling her eyes the woman said, "It doesn't matter now all of us have given up Demi-System for the same reason. Just because you were the original doesn't mean anything so stop bringing it up."
Seeing her defensive reaction Seal commented, "But the fact I was the closest to the goal and the most powerful does mean something, Eve."
Having her name called out explicitly in front of the readers Eve became infuriated and jumped at Seal only to have chains suggestively wrap around her binding her in the air.
Seeing this Demon excitedly reprimanded Eve while saying, "We might not fight you normally, but if you come at us we can do as we like… but if you want you can lecture me again…"
Seal's voice once again became emotionless as she directly told the readers, "Sorry once again we have to end here. Plausibility will be breaking down this place if you learn anymore now. Bye, Bye."
As the last words left her shroud, her sealing mist consumed your vision causing six golden eyes to stare into your soul before transporting your view back to the island.

After waking up Adrian groggily stretched while standing up from his bed after kicking off his shirt in his sleep.
As he got up the muscles along his back and arms let off steam as his frame looked to have grown over six inches taller.
His skin tightly clung to his muscles accentuating his figure while showing densely packed muscle groups that were once hidden under thick layers of fat.
Upon looking into a small mirror that he had bought sometime over the last few days, Adrian noticed his transformed physique.
When Adrian saw the massive changes he slowly closed his eyes and sucked in causing his body to rapidly shrink back into its previous shape.
Walking out of his house Adrian no longer looked like a certain angry, green professor, but a scar-filled man whose body was covered in incredibly dense muscles looking more akin to a certain god of war.
Contradictory to his grand appearance Adrian started his morning with some light tai chi.
Watching Adrian's actions, Sakura rolled her eyes and asked, ~Why did you choose to dramatically show your transformation ability?~
After being called out by Sakura, Adrian paused before saying, "I can't show off to our returning viewers?"
~...~
Exasperated, Adrian started defending himself saying, "What, I can't just have fun. I take one week off, after having my mind fucked by a physical manifestation of my nightmares, and suddenly I can't show off to quote-unquote gods."
~Does that mean we're going to keep waiting until another one comes here?~ Sakura quickly replied
Stumbling over his words, Adrian quipped, "I-I… don't know what you're talking about. I was experimenting with the perks of this new evolution."
Sarcastically Sakura commented, ~So, continuously laying around and occasionally stumbling upon something new is "experimenting," got it.~
"Have you even offered to help like… oh I don't know unlocking analyze and letting it just give me a run down of my strengths and weaknesses? Oh, or you could have just not made fun of me every time I tried something." responded Adrian before lightly sniffling,
[Cursed writer sponsors 50 fate value to say "What happened to the budding romance between you two?"]
Immediately both Adrian and Sakura replied in unison, Shut up!
Both Adrian and Sakura also started laughing at the sight of their actions.
In a much calmer voice than before Adrian said, "You're right, I've been lazing around for too long. Let's go kill some nightmares."
~Sounds good.~

After a few hours of rigorous searching Adrian stumbled upon an odd visual glitch in the wasteland and as he got closer to inspect the oddity, Sakura suddenly said, ~Don't get too close I think I can help here.~
As she said this a pale pink light rushed out slamming into the glitch exposing a city… the same city that Adrian had built and took his life in, Sanctuary.
Suddenly the wasteland around them flashed before it all became an urban expanse only this time the city was in ruin completely devoid of life.
When Adrian felt the monumental change in his senses he immediately asked, "Sakura are you still there?"
Sakura immediately responded ~Yep. I'm glad you can still think in this space.~
Hearing her response, not one to be fooled twice Adrian ordered, "System, show wisdom status in the bottom left of my vision."
[Command excepted]
[Wisdom 63% efficient]
Seeing the unreal number Adrian gasped before half-jokingly commenting, "I really should check the efficiency system more often."
Not in the mood to joke with Adrian Sakura added, ~So… this is a nightmare, right? I mean there may not be any threats now but this can't be a hope, can it?~
Regaining a serious expression Adrian said, "This used to be a nightmare at least… Sakura, can you scan for the core of this place before the enemies come."
After a moment of silence, Sakura responded, ~The core is… wait why is it there?~
Adrian joked, "Don't play the pronoun game, you're one apple away from being an asshole with that comment."
Rolling her eyes, Sakura muttered, ~I thought you were acting serious.~ before adding, ~The core is a few hundred meters above us…~
Motioning to the nearby buildings Adrian said, "I mean I can normally jump about 200 meters but with these step stools around I think I can make it."
