Alex and Leo looked at the blue clown in puzzlement as he said, "What's a hollow?" The blue clown chuckled and then said, "If you knew, then that information would get you hunted down by a lot of people. Trust me, you don't want to deal with them." The blue clown's feathers were hidden underneath a blue coat and his eyes were also blocked out. "He's trying his best to not be spotted. Could he be a spy?" Alex thought.
"Before you try to save your friend, you should rest," the blue clown said. Alex looked deeply at the clown to remember its feathers. The blue clown walked to the two and then patted them on their shoulders. In a second, they were in a void of light that expanded forever. Leo saw the light going on, but he didn't see anything in sight. He looked behind him to see a small cottage. As they were about to walk towards it, they heard a voice that belonged to the blue clown. "This place will last for 15 hours. Get some rest. Don't worry, no clowns will come for you in here." Alex relaxed a bit, but he was still tense. "Can we even trust this guy?" Alex thought.
Leo walked to the front door and said, "It's better to just trust him for now. Besides, we need the sleep." Leo's face looked pale as if he were about to pass out. He opened the door it led to
The living room was cozy, with warm yellow light emanating from a small lamp on the side table. The walls were lined with shelves filled with books of various genres, from classic literature to modern thrillers. A plump sofa sat in the center of the room, inviting Alex and Leo to sink into its cushions and rest their weary bodies.
As they made their way to the sofa, they noticed a vase of freshly-cut flowers on the coffee table, filling the air with a sweet fragrance. It was a stark contrast to the chaos and danger they had just experienced outside.
Leo collapsed onto the sofa, letting out a deep sigh. "I never thought I'd be so happy to see a couch," he said, his voice tinged with exhaustion.
Alex chuckled, feeling the tension slowly melting away from his body. "Yeah, it's amazing what a little comfort can do "
The two sat in silence for a moment, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the cottage. It was hard to believe that just moments ago, they had been running for their lives.
As the fatigue began to take over, Alex and Leo found themselves drifting off to sleep, grateful for the unexpected sanctuary that had been provided to them. They both knew that when they woke up, they would have to face whatever dangers lay ahead, but for now, they were content to rest and regain their strength.
.....
"wake up " a fimmalar voice said it was tinged with fear the voice was of a girl
Alex woke up to saw a girl with black hair brown eyes with a white skin color there was some dirt on her face it brought out her eyes it looked as though she has seen death a thousands times alex looked to her left hand it looked to be of a gun 'what is that .... are these my memories? and that voice it sounds fimm-' alexs thoughts were cut out as he woke up in a cold sweat.
Alex sat up, his heart pounding in his chest. He looked around, still disoriented from his dream. It took him a few moments to realize that he was back in the cottage, and that the girl with the gun had only been a figment of his imagination.
He glanced over at Leo, who was still lying on the floor, his breathing heavy and labored. Alex could tell that his friend had also been having a nightmare. He crawled over to Leo and gently shook him awake.
"Hey man, you okay?" Alex asked, concern etched on his face.
Leo sat up slowly, wiping the sweat from his forehead. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just had a bad dream," he said, his voice hoarse.
Alex nodded, understanding all too well the toll that their recent experiences had taken on their mental state. He felt the weight of the responsibility that rested on their shoulders - the responsibility to rescue their friend and to escape this hell that they've been put in
As he sat there, lost in thought, he couldn't help but wonder if he was able to save audery. Could he really turst that blue clown ?
But for now, they needed to rest and regain their strength. The 15 hours of safety that the blue clown had promised them were almost up, and they had a long journey ahead of them. Alex took a deep breath and closed his eyes, hoping that he could find some peace in the darkness of sleep.
Alex woke up again, finding himself at a familiar place - the gravesite. Bell was sitting at a long bronze table with only two seats, one at each end. Alex sat at the open seat.
Alex listened intently as Bell spoke. "This is the only time I can talk to you. I will keep it short. Your soul is trapped in a prison. There is a prison keeper, and he is the man in yellow. He decides if you can leave or die in this place," Bell said with haste.
"I thought you said you can only speak to me when I'm not going insane? But as you can see, I'm slowly losing myself," Alex replied.
"Your soul is at a balance, so that means I can talk to you without making you go even more insane," Bell explained. Alex felt a deep sense of dread as he realized the gravity of his situation.
"Can I trust the blue clown?" Alex asked in haste. Bell looked at him with a solemn look and then said, "You get to decide that. He is of no danger to you. Besides, him giving you rest was a good idea. You have the power of divination, but asking me was a good idea," Bell said.
"In this world, knowing certain things can cause death without you even knowing how you died," he added with a deep tone.
"Audery should be safe, beware of Death knell theres a high chance of him killing you then turning you into one of His flesh weapons" Bell said Alex then thought about the guy that killed the clown
"then that-"
That was death knell his name is a bit werid " bell said he looked at Alex with a sturn look then added
As Bell snapped his finger, a vision appeared before Alex. He saw himself standing in the middle of a battlefield, surrounded by enemies on all sides. The ground was covered in blood and the air was thick with the stench of death. Alex could feel his heart racing and his palms sweating.
"This is the path you have chosen," Bell said, his voice echoing in Alex's mind. "It is a dangerous one, filled with many obstacles and challenges. But if you are willing to face them, you may find what you seek."
Alex took a deep breath and nodded. "I understand. I know the risks, but I have to try."
Bell nodded in agreement. "Very well. But remember, the journey ahead will not be an easy one. You will need all the help you can get."
Alex looked up at Bell with a determined expression. "I'll do whatever it takes."
With that, the vision faded away and Alex was left alone with his thoughts. He knew that the path ahead would be difficult, but he was ready to face whatever challenges came his way.
Alex then added " i will make sure i get home and set you free - i would like to avoid fighting though- anyway thanks for the information"
Bell snapped his fingers the bronze table disappeared and His mind went blank
....
Alex woke up to leo getting up off the floor he wiped hes face off sweat the two looked at each other then said" food?" they then looked at the kitchen and they checked in the cupboard there were canned foods there it seemed to be new it was spam and some beans
Leo looked for a pot and some oil Leo
leo cut up the Spam into thin slices Alex found some eggs and bread to go with it
Leo found some butter then he sliced a piece of it then placed it on the bread
he then cracked the eggs then place them in the pot he was cooking two things at the same time
he turned on the cast iron stove it was made from metal "why would that guy keep such an old model?"
Alex made the rice it tasted pretty good but it could be better Alex then took out two plates they were of basic design
in five minutes the food was down the two shared out their own porshins Leo took a lot while Alex took a little "eat more you need the energy also for the muscle" Leo said ,Alex chuckled then said" you are right i need muscle but i will eat when we have saved audrey"
"we?" Leo asked in question
"if i didn't ask you to come with me then you wouldn't be here or if i just chose not to spend my money today then none of us would be here " Alex said 'i don't want to bring them into my mission to go home' alex thought
"none of this is your fault even if you chose not to go today or the other day you would have still been involved So dont say that its your fault....i mean you kinds did bring me here but i would have come here anyway " Leo said he kept eating the two finished their meal in silence
