*The Next Day* (April 9th 2023)
"Alec go wake up Mark I made breakfast" Chen said
"Ok" alec said
*Alec shakes Mark*
*Mark stretches his arms*
Why the hell did you wake me up at 5am?" mark asked
"Your dad told me to wake you up he made breakfast" alec said
"Ok well I'll be down in a couple minutes" mark said
"Ok but don't take to long the food will get cold" alec said
"Ok" mark said
*five minutes later*
"Mark you're finally downstairs let's eat" Chen said
"ok" mark said
*after breakfast*
"well Mark let's go show Alec what China looks like" Chen said
"ok dad" mark said
"first of all though Alec needs a new outfit and a different name because it's hard for Chinese people to say Alec in Mandarin and Cantonese" Chen said said
"My full name is Alexander, would that be easier for people to pronounce?"
"so 亚历山大, yeah that would work better than 亚历克 would" Chen said
"but now we need a new outfit alec follow me to my room I have clothes that will fit you and work with Chinese culture" mark said
"ok" alec said
*five minutes later*
"Mark, do I really have to wear this?" alec said
"yes you do now let's go" mark said
"it looks like a fucking outfit from a Chinese drama" alec said
"well that is what my dad and I are wearing too see" mark said
"ok well let's go" alec said
*15 minutes later*
"Ok Mark where do you want Alec to see first" Chen asked
"我们可以带他去一个古老的地方,那里是一些中国电视剧的拍摄地" mark said
(We can take him to an ancient place where some Chinese TV dramas were filmed)
"那么他看中国电视剧吗?" Chen said
(So does he watch Chinese TV dramas?)
"他最近刚刚完成了电视剧"不驯服"" mark said
(He just recently finished the TV series "The Untamed")
"那么我们可以带他去贵州吗?" Chen asked
(So can we take him to Guizhou?)
"Yeah let's do that" mark said
"Mark, why are we on a plane?" alec said
"Alec we are taking you to a location but it's a surprise so cover your eyes" Chen said
*Five hours later*
"Uh okay" Alec said
*2 minutes later*
"Ok Alec open your eyes" mark said
*Alec opens his eyes*
*Gasp* "this is one of the places the untamed was filmed" alec said
"Not exactly this is Guizhou Province as we go through you will be able to see the places where certain parts of the show were filmed, for instance where we are going to now is Guiyang " mark said
"Aww you're so considerate Mark" alec said
"I wasn't expecting you to even know this place as I didn't even remember the place and I had watched the show and live in China" Chen said
"Yeah but dad this is Guizhou Province, we live in Shanghai, it's far from here, that's why we took a plane here" mark said
"Yeah I know" Chen said
"ok let's go you too show me around the place where 那个 未驯服的 was filmed" Alec said
"Alec there are different places in Guizhou Province that The Untamed was filmed" mark said
"Yeah you said that, but let's go to where Wei Wuxian lived" alec said
"ok fine" mark said
*five hours later*
"ok, let's go to a hotel since it's late" mark said
"ok let's go Alexander" Chen said
"Ok 爸爸" alec said
"ALEXANDER" mark said
"What?" alec said
"Why did you call my dad father, we aren't married" mark said
"Not yet" alec said
"Alexander shut the hell up" mark said
"Ok Markus if you wanna be like that then be it" alec said
"Mark don't argue with your boyfriend just because he called me father, his father was an asshole, I'm fine if you call me father Alec" Chen said
"Thanks dad" Alec said
"Well Alexander, we gotta go to bed since we're going back to Thailand tomorrow" mark said
"We do?" Alec asked
"Yes" mark said
"I'll drive you two to the airport, when do y'all have to go to the airport" Chen asked
"3:30 am China time" mark said
"That's only five hours away, damn, I only got five more hours to see my son and son in law" Chen said
"Son in law (Alec smiles) thanks but it's still a while until I marry your son"
"Alec you're gonna marry me?" (mark blushes)
"Yes but not yet we've only dated each other for not even a year" alec said
*Five hours later*
(Mark and Alec about to get out of the car)
"Markus don't do anything to ruin this relationship, Alec doesn't have any red flags like your exes, don't cheat on him" Chen said
"Dad I won't cheat or hurt Alec's feelings" mark said
"Oh and Alec if you ever need anything, or somewhere to stay you are always welcome in the Wilson household" Chen said
"Thanks Chen" alec said
"Bye Mark and Alec, Mark call me when you get to Thailand, I'll see y'all in a week" Chen said
"I will call you when we get to Thailand, but Alec we gotta run so let's go" Mark said
