"We're not," Commander Bridge calmly responded despite Dr. Stranov's hysterics. "The only prisoner on this side of the tower is prisoner number 666."
"Do we have to keep saying all that?" Dr. Stranov questioned. "Doesn't this prisoner have an actual name?"
"Probably, but my rank isn't high enough for me to know." They rounded another corner as Commander Bridge added, "What I can guess, however, is that he or she most likely isn't human and is insanely dangerous."
She stopped and met Dr. Stranov's sea-green eyes, "Are you sure you want to accompany me?" Her eyes landed on the small metal case in the scientist's hands. "You can give me the tranquilizer and head back."
Dr. Stranov shook her head, "Not a chance, this is too interesting."
Commander Bridge didn't argue with her and continued walking. "Very well," was her simple response.
"Are we almost there?" Dr. Stranov questioned with a tired expression. "I think my feet might detach from my body soon."
