Takumi walked into his classroom, feeling a little tired after a long day at school. As he took his seat, he noticed a new face in the room. It was Yui, the transfer student he had met a few weeks ago.
Yui introduced herself, her twin tails are glittering to Takumi's eyes and takes an empty seat near Takumi and Ayaka
"Hey, Yui! What are you doing in this class?" Takumi asked, surprised to see her and her twin tails.
"I got transferred to this classroom due to some circumstances," Yui replied with a smile. "I'm glad to see a familiar face though."
Takumi introduced Yui to his classmates and they welcomed her warmly. Ayaka, who was sitting next to Takumi, felt a sting of jealousy as she noticed how Takumi was chatting with Yui.
After class, Takumi approached Yui and asked if she wanted to join the photography club with him. Ayaka overheard their conversation and felt her heart sink.
"I would love to, I actually used to be part of a photography club at my old school" Yui said, smiling at Takumi.
Ayaka tried to hide her jealousy and acted friendly towards Yui, but she couldn't help feeling hurt that Takumi was spending more time with Yui than with her.
As they walked to the club room, Takumi and Yui chatted animatedly about photography, and Ayaka felt left out. She tried to join in the conversation, but Takumi and Yui seemed to be absorbed in their own world.
Takumi talked to the club president and let know that a new member is joining the club, the president is happy that a new member is joining.
During the club meeting, Ayaka noticed how well Yui fit in with the other members, including Takumi. They seemed to share a similar passion for photography, and Ayaka felt like an outsider.
After the meeting, Takumi walked Yui to the train station, leaving Ayaka behind. She felt an ache of jealousy and sadness as she watched them walk away together.
"I can't believe how well Yui fits in with the photography club," Ayaka said to herself as she walked home alone. "It's like she's been part of the group for ages."
Ayaka knew that she couldn't compete with Yui's talent and charm, but she couldn't help feeling envious of how close Takumi was getting with her. She wondered if there was any way to get Takumi's attention back on her.
As Ayaka watched Takumi gaze at Yui's twin tail hair, a throb of jealousy shot through her heart. She knew she had to do something to get Takumi's attention back.
"Hey, Takumi, you know you're not supposed to stare at other girls' hair," Ayaka teased, pushing him with her elbow.
Takumi blushed and looked away, embarrassed. "S-sorry, Ayaka. I was just admiring Yui's hairstyle. It looks really cute on her."
Ayaka rolled her eyes, trying to hide the twinge of jealousy she felt. "Well, I think my hairstyle looks cute too," she said, tossing her own hair over her shoulder.
Takumi chuckled. "Of course it does, Ayaka. You always look cute."
But Ayaka wasn't satisfied. She knew Takumi was paying too much attention to Yui, and she didn't like it. "Come on, let's go to class," she said, grabbing Takumi's arm and pulling him along.
As they walked down the hallway, Ayaka couldn't help but feel a little competitive with Yui. She knew Takumi had been smitten with her ever since they met, but Ayaka wasn't ready to give up her childhood friend to some new girl.
"So, Takumi, did you do your math homework last night?" Ayaka asked, trying to steer the conversation away from Yui.
Takumi sighed. "No, not yet. I was too busy thinking about the photography club."
Ayaka groaned. "Not the photography club again. You're always so focused on that."
Takumi shrugged. "I just really want to get better at taking pictures. Plus, it's a great way to spend time with friends."
Ayaka scoffed. "Friends? You mean Yui, don't you?"
Takumi stopped walking and turned to face Ayaka. "What's your problem with Yui, Ayaka? She's a nice girl."
Ayaka felt a twinge of guilt at the hurt in Takumi's voice. She knew she had been acting unreasonable, but she couldn't help it. "I don't have a problem with her, Takumi. Just focus on your studies and don't get distracted by Yui in class."
"Okay fine, Ayaka. I understand your concern. I'll make sure to focus on my studies," Takumi replied with a nod.
Ayaka sighed in relief, her grip on Takumi's arm loosening. "Thank you, Takumi. I just don't want you to fall behind or get too distracted."
