Finally, when I opened my eyes, I am inside an empty cave where u can find nothing but rocks.
Now, when I look at it. It's actually a small cave, I can clearly see the entrance. Now I slowly got up from up small sweet sleep.
He didn't mention his name, did he? And he didn't even say anything about his manual either. What an asshole!. But still, I got what I want. Small details don't matter, for example: honour, respect, etc.
Those are bullshit. When you are in a battle it doesn't matter whether you win or lose. The only thing that matters to me is whether I am alive or not.
Now it's time for the second part!
Elixir.
Now I am looking for a stone on the walls of the cave. It's not a normal stone. It's a stone which is carved in the shape of a sword but in a small size. While the cave is really small it didn't take much time to find the stone.
I pushed the stone and the stones beside that fell on the ground making a small space. Inside that space, you can see a glass-like object in that there is a shining red liquid.
This is the elixir which the villain couldn't find. Or he is just too bothered to search for any other object after finding a 5-star manual. I can't blame him. If I don't know there would be an elixir I would have also left this 'ordinary' cave without a second thought.
I took the elixir from its spot. And slowly opened its cap. 'Let's do this' I poured the elixir into my mouth.
I should say if I could define the word disgusting,
This elixir would be a live example. After a few seconds, I started feeling unimaginable pain all across my body.
I wanted to cry out. But for some reason, I can't open my mouth. And I also feel like my expression is not changing. The pain is gradually increasing I feel like every bone in my body breaking and turning into dust.
I endured the pain with all my might. If I don't, I might die. No one said about the pain after drinking an elixir. That fucking lazy author should have mentioned it.
That pain lasted for two hours.
All that pain I felt until now is nowhere to be seen. It's like I am a new person now, for some reason I feel refreshed. 'Did I really get strong?' I don't feel any change though.
I thought "status" in my head.

"Shit! I levelled up two minor ranks" I shouted in my head.
'All that pain is worth it'.
'Wait I feel happy? I thought my emotions are gone. Is it just to scare me?' I thought my myself while returning to the station
I am still not confident to fight the monsters. So I have been avoiding them. This time it's easy to avoid them because I can move faster than them. While I have the power to fight them. Power without skills is useless. Let's not take the risk. So without fighting any monsters I left the mountains.
'I returned to my room'.
I took a long shower with hot water. I must say it's refreshing. Now I am standing in front of the mirror. While my body is still on the skinny side but not so skinny. Coming to my face, my eyes became darker and deep black colour like an endless void. And my face is completely blank without any emotions, I tried to smile but it was really hard and awkward. It's like I forgot how to smile. I tried to change my expression but I failed.
"So I didn't completely lose my emotions, I just lost the ability to show them" It's fine I guess, I thought to myself.
Academy is going to start in 2 days. So I thought I should move to the Dorms. Why waste money on an apartment? So I started packing my things. While looking around there is nothing much. Just a couple of clothes, a bag and a laptop.
While looking into the bag I found a book.
[1-star manual]
[{basic swordmansship}]
"Yes! This exactly what I want" I yelled in my head.
Why did this kid never learn it? Is it because it's 1 star? Uff kids these days don't know what's important. Basics are key to everything. ( while he too didn't think of basics at all. until he found that book )
After I am done packing. I checked out the room at the reception. and went to the railway station.
After some time I finally arrived at the academy.
Now I am standing in front of a massive gate.
