on the second floor are Items that are in a range of A to S Rank in addition are Artifacts on the floor with Ranks ranging from C to A Rank
and on the last floor are Items that are in a range of S to SS Rank including Artifacts with the same rank.

thought Kim Yong since Clivar himself cant create Items lower then A Rank and Artifacts lower than B Rank as his Gift god of blacksmithing apostle allows him always a guaranteed A Rank item that is fixed but by Artifacts can he tricks a little to create B Rank Artifacts however most of the time he creates A Rank Artifacts
