Song An nodded repeatedly, his eyes narrowing into happy slits. "Daidai, come over and have a seat," he said warmly.
He observed Gu Dai closely, and upon realizing she was indeed unharmed, he sighed in relief. "It's a relief that you're alright; truly a relief."
Gu Dai nodded, then proceeded to ask, "Grandpa, how have you been feeling lately? Have you felt any discomfort?"
Song An reassured her, "Gu Dai, there's no need for you to worry about me. I just underwent a comprehensive health check-up this morning, and the doctor confirmed that I'm in excellent health."
Upon receiving the medical report from the butler and verifying Song An's statement, Gu Dai felt at ease.
Song An glanced towards the kitchen and mentioned, "Lunch should be ready in about ten minutes. Let's chat in the meantime."
