Days and days of classes pass until the students finally arrived at the day of the genin exam,the genin exam is an exam that determines if the students should become a genin or not but it also depends on how they do on that particular exam.all the students were in class expect shadow because he was in his house sleeping due to him sleeping last because he was busy training,all the students and teacher were waiting for shadow so that they could start the exam.after some few minutes of sleeping shadow finally woke up and remembered that today was the genin exam so he immediately got off from his bed and bathe once done he dressed and rushed out of his house closing his door as he was running towards the academy,as soon as he arrived at the academy he entered and ran through the hallway heading towards the classroom as charmy and the others wondered where shadow was and the teacher sighed and was about to start then suddenly shadow opened the door breathing heavily as he placed his hands on his knees before looking at the students then the teacher as he uttered to the teacher bowing-Sorry am.late sensei-after uttering the teacher closed his eyes and told shadow to take a seat and sit down and shadow did it.
after shadow sat down the teacher opened his eyes looking at the clipboard and he looked at the first person on the list which was yuta and he called out his name and the lad stood up walking towards the teacher and stood at the front of the class looking at the students as their teacher told them what they were gonna to perform which was the shadow.clone jutsu and since the teacher has taught them during the past class it should be easy for them to pass but if they fail to perform the jutsu then they won't become a genin.After their sensei was done explaining the rules for them he told yuta to perform the jutsu as he lifted his left hand and right hand forming a plus sign by using his two fingers from one hand and another two fingers from his other hand and he joined them together to form the plus sign as he uttered shadow clone jutsu and a clone which looked like yuta appeared standing beside yuta and the teacher looked at the clone as he passed yuta and yuta clone vanished as he walked back to his seat and the teacher called on the next person which was shadow Asakura as the lad performed some few hand signs and uttered shadow clone jutsu from his seat as smokes appeared into the classroom and cleared off and 9 clones of shadow was seen standing around the classroom and the teacher looked at the clones and passed shadow also and the clones vanished.
After some few hours of the genin exam,everyone was done performing their shadow clone jutsu and they all passed and they were all given their headband which represents the hidden leaf village as they all left the academy heading towards their house ready to start their first mission the next day.
