Three days later...
Mero had left Cusca alongside Tenur, his father's servant, and some of his men days ago, heading north to the land that was soon to be auctioned off.
After a tortuous and challenging journey by carriage, their group finally reached the central point of this 200 square kilometer area about to be auctioned off.
The area was mostly very arid, with the passage of the same river that ran through Cusca, which brought some benefit to the area.
The only problem was that this body of water ran through one end of the auction area. Anyone using this territory would either have to develop near one of the borders or have trouble moving products within this area.
On the other hand, there was very little vegetation on all this land and no access to the sea, another problem.
This would basically force the owner of the area to use only the river leading to foreign territory, where they would have to pay for any passages.
