Don't be confused with Sian's personality as he changes the way he talks depending on the person.

...

"I am the saint of the All Seeing God."

The saint introduced herself to Sian and waited for his reply. Her introduction was brief, yet Sian gained a lot of information just from that.

He also introduced himself briefly, and his attention shifted from the saint to the statue behind her.

"Is that the god you are praying to?" He asked, to which the saint nodded her head. The statue was life-size, and almost all of its features were hazy, especially its indistinguishable face.

"He's gone." The saint spoke, and the man she was just talking to disappeared right in front of her.

"Wrong. I'm behind you." Sian said this playfully as he appeared behind her. She turned her head to look behind her, only to see nothing as the man once again vanished.

"Now I'm in front of you." Sian teleported back to the front and decided to stop playing with the saint. The saint was calm on the outside, but she was actually already getting annoyed inside. So he stopped playing with her after noticing that.

'As expected of a saint, she can control her emotions well.'

"Stop playing around and get to the point as to why you're here already." She finally snapped, and a little bit of her irritation was revealed. This was the first time she was being played by someone.

'Or maybe not.' Sian added to his thoughts.

Although she 'didn't' like getting played, she didn't hate it either. It was a fresh new experience for her, so she didn't really hate it that much. She, after all, doesn't interact with people often, and most of them just fear, respect, or lust after her body.

"HOooooah. Did you get angry, Saint?"

In truth, the saint was actually a hot-tempered woman, but due to her being a saint, she learned to control her emotions well. However, because of her status and strength, no one really wanted to try getting on her nerves lest they get killed. Even those who lusted after her body didn't have the courage and only admired her from afar.

And because of how long she didn't need to control her emotions, some of them leaked out. Her hot-tempered nature, that is.

"NNnngh." She let out a groan as she gritted her teeth. Her face was red from embarrassment. How could a saint get teased and played by someone? Her pride was damaged because of that, and not only that, she also lost her temper. That has never happened before, no matter how irritating or annoying the people she talked to.

"Okay, okay, I'll stop for now. So moving on... why were you spying on us?" He decided to stop teasing her and changed the topic, then he asked a question as his tone changed to a more serious one.

The saint was taken aback by the sudden change of his voice. Ever since the start, although she was a hot-tempered woman and a prideful one at that, the reason she didn't make a move against the man in front of her until now was not because she controlled her emotions well but because she could feel nothing from the man in front of her.

'He's like an abyss. It feels like there's no end to him, but at the same time, it feels like there's nothing you can feel from him. Not Aeven, not Aura, nothing. He's dangerous. He's one of those people who, if you make one wrong move against them, you'll either die or get killed.'

That was her evaluation of Sian based on what she observed from him with her eyes through the thick white cloth.

"The Three Empires tournament will start in three days, and the top three winners of that tournament, each of whom will be chosen by one of us three saints, Catherina Avier is the one who I have my eye on because I believe that she will be able to at the very least reach the top 3."

"Well, aren't you confident about her? At least the top 3? Are you saying that she has the chance of reaching the top two and maybe even winning the tournament?"

"Yes." Her reply was short, but it was said with confidence. Sian wondered why she was so confident in Catherina because, from what he saw, there were at least two people who were more powerful and stronger than Catherina.

'Is it because I don't believe in Catherina enough? No way! Then is the reason why she's confident because of those eyes?'

Sian glanced at her eyes with his narrowing gaze as he carefully observed them.

'They look as if they could see the secrets of this world. Well, that's to be expected by the Saint of the All-Seeing God.'

"Okay, I believe you, but what are you saints planning to do once you choose them? From what I heard, you saints didn't do this in the past."

"There is only one reason. To groom them, to make them powerful enough for the sake of this world. As for why I picked Catherina out of all of them, that's because I believe in the potential of her strong innate ability."

She replied to what Sian had asked her in an optimistic voice when he heard about innate ability. He also wanted to awaken his, but there was no surefire method.

"Then can you tell me what's the easiest way to awaken an innate ability except for fighting a desperate battle?"

"Why? Ah, nevermind. Okay, I'll tell you. There is one method by which you can awaken your innate ability the fastest. That is to get help from a saint. Though it will lower your innate abilities potential, it is the easiest and fastest way to awaken an ability."

"Then can you please awaken mine?" The saint was once again taken aback by his sudden change of attitude. He even said, Please. But she was more surprised to learn that the unfathomable man in front of her doesn't even have an awakened innate ability.
